I think some of you have forgotten how powerful the manor is.  Let me remind you:

Max lvl manor: 5x10, 115 workers, 267 unhappiness
Max lvl gold house: 5x5, 52 workers, 175 unhappiness

So the manor gives 11 more workers and generates 83 less unhappiness than 2 gold houses.  It is just plain better than gold houses.

2 fully upgraded gold houses cost 143,400 gold.  So a manor is worth even more than that.

There is no way a player should be able to get this without having to spend gold.  This is just too powerful of a reward.  Even if a player spend 100,000 gold to get this, they would be coming out ahead vs buying gold houses.

If you want to think about it differently, imagine this to instead be a 1x1 deco that gives 83 happiness and 11 workers.  How powerful would that be, and how much would that be worth?  Is that really something that should be able to be earned without having to spend gold?  (And technically, it's a 0x0 deco, but those don't exist)
Did u read the messages earlier ?

For one day i spent 300 million dollars which is what i spend in whole temp farm( gives me more than 1000 tokens and special buildings) . So 2.5 days left still left i m foreseeing myself spending 1000 million dollars everytime this event comes when i play for  getting the manor .

On top of all of this , THE COUNTER DOESNT EVEN WORK PROPERLY giving me only 1145k instead of 1275k that comes on multplying pennies and visitors. Then i have to come every 4 hours make stalls for one hour.

I dont think more effort is needed than this for getting manor. If GGS is not going to fix the stall time to minimum 8 hours , wont play this event seriously as the rewards are all absolute crap(for me) except manor and majestic citrus.

About gold , one can make 10 million seashells using only 10k gold whereas some cannot even make 1 million seashells using 100k gold . So , it must not be like since only if u spend gold , u can get a reward . Gold is meant for making things easier, it is not there for denying people rewards they can get without using it . And between no gold houses here , so will compare only with normal houses which i got with dollars  :D .

U have seen the henreita the chicken decos right , it costs 300k+ gold or we can get it from CC too after making required RPS . Now , whatever u say is like, who all got it for free should have atleast spent 1L gold to get it , otherwise its not fair for others.

  • This event does work correctly - GGS need to pull it in the same way they did the VF (when the error benefited the player) - award the prizes based on current position and get the event working correctly before running it again.  And with all the real cash the players have spent on gold for the event they can buy new calculators to make sure the maths actually work next time!

Rewards are just an aspect of the event :)

In any case , its too early to judge the event

I highly doubt anyone here have a perfect efficiency setup :)

As for the High cost in dollars , i actually love that fact

It means normally it wont be always the same winner, as one could save up, and go for a ride

We'll need more data and results, to actually have an idea

Maybe one player might make it on our server ( after all )

There is some error in the points ..... just checked ...

When i added stalls .... my pps went down instead of up ...

Also, Pennies multiplied by Visitors is not adding up as same as the actual pps im getting.

The loyalty sub gives construction coins too .... check 2nd contract

have you tryed the new seeds i am very curious about them and how they work exactly? if any info it would be great
This is how the rainbow roses looks ... sowed and ready to harvest

Personally i like them .... and the fact it costs only 7500 dollars for 1 seed ... it means its good.

Don't like this pleasure park event at all, it will cost you all your storage for 4 hours activity? And really so much hard work, hour after hour for a DECO for the first place?
This event should be balanced right away , I have advised my coop members to don't play it anymore...

Where can I find the new subscription pack? Already have both previous packs but can't find this one?

Thanks for sending Greta   .Upgraded some decos and made pennies move from 600 to 700   . Will upgrade other decos after a little while .

But @WascallyWabbit @RowdyRac or @WiseWing , my pps problem is still unsolved . I can get the manor very easily if the pps problem is solved asap . I dont want to miss out on it due to some bug in the counter  :( . I must be getting 714* 2002 = 1429k pps but it gives only 1231k .

dont worry soon we will have gold version which add 150 worker and 150 -happiness

Awful, horrible, lousy event. The concept is good. It could have been great. But the amounts needed are ridiculous. Our farms do not produce that many goods to come close to earning all the hard work rewards.

Unless major changes are made I won't ever be opening this event up again.

Also, it should be a coop event.

Thanks for fixing the counter  , running at over 1.4M pps and left with more than 500k deco parts too to upgrade.

    http://prntscr.com/nmt69a

Will get the manor now at this rate (although at a very high cost 550M spent till now) , will end up at more than 400 billion and got to make sure stalls run through night without using gold   .

If u can improve the time the stalls run and also reduce the amount needed so dollar consumption is less, the event will be better overall .

Suggestions (if you are interested and read only if u will be able to spend 1000 M dollars, until they FIX it):
Select 4 levels of decos (I chose 4 6 7 and 8) . Note down all the gratuity bonus tasks and arrange your farm according to it so u can complete these tasks. Then have some 60 stalls each of which will give easily 8 to 12 bonus as u can complete the tasks .
Thats it , once u improve decos so u get 2k visitors and some 600 to 650 pennies and can run it throughout event , u will easily end up getting manor.

This is my DV : http://prntscr.com/nmtkug . Upgraded all pavilions from 19 to 59 happiness to get best level 4 decos .

PS: There are many other strategies u can use to get better scores than this but this is how i like to play , so just conveyed.

I actually like this event, BUT on top of my wishlist r ight now is an overview of my decos, and I really have no clue how to make that without using a lot of time. So I think - BF have all the info needed pr. deco, could it be possible to have BF make a spreadsheet for us, where every single deco´s data is put in, and can be sorted. If not - second best would be that all data is displayed when you hoover mouse over - right now I need many clicks to get access to all the data.

please no coop event, it's a horrible waste of resources for the prizes. I would much rather use my resources to fill contracts.

I gave this event a try, I am not at all fond of it.

I come to this conversation late and there's no way I can scroll through all the other comments so I'm just making my observations here in case there's anything that hasn't been said.  I liked the Decorations Garden because I've been using it to gather sets by theme and making it all purdy and stuff.  :-)  Figured getting some rewards for doing this would be nice.  However:
    1. As mentioned by multiple other users, the cost:benefit ratio is way too high, and the rewards in no way worth it.  A lot of them I don't even use because I'm not in a cooperative.
    2. Most/all of the stalls seem to have at least one requirement for Level 8 decorations.  My highest are level 7, and I only have 6 of those, meaning I don't meet most of the Level 7 requirements either (not a high enough happiness count).  So I REALLY can't get enough coin per customer to have a hope of getting good prizes.
    3. I quickly realized there was no way to get anywhere in this event by leaving my Decorations Garden as it was.  I had to keep re-arranging things, taking decorations from the loot box, inventory, or off of other farms.  That's annoying, time consuming, and ruins the nice look of my Decorations Garden.  Plus if I take decorations from one of the other farms (e.g., to get all my Level 7 decorations into the Pleasure Park), now I have to dig out decorations for the other farms to get the production costs back down.
    4. Also, for some reason many of the new decorations need to be 're-built' when you put them back out onto the working farm, and I can't keep track of which ones those are until I see them in my inventory and curse softly.  So anything picked up to move temporarily into the Pleasure Park can't be just returned to the working farm when I'm done with it; I'm waiting anywhere from 10 seconds to 20 minutes before I can put the next one back out.  I don't know why they're like this.  If it's a feature and not a bug, it's REALLY annoying.  If I could at least move them to another farm and rebuild there, that'd be nice (e.g., I could move my waterfalls to the flower farm instead of having them spread over all three farms), but they remain locked to the farm on which they were initially built, they just have to be 'rebuilt.'

I'm going a new direction.  I rebuilt all deco on my farms and put deco from storage into the deco valley.  With that I am going to choose stalls that ask for easy things like alfalfa, eggs, pigs, etc.  Easy things to replace and with my happy correct on my farms I'll see where I can get from there.  I am currently ranked #5 so don't know if I can stay there or not.  It's worth a try though.
  • Exxy (INT1)Exxy (INT1) INT1 Posts: 2,602
Thats definetely the way to go SuzyQ :)

In the cheap ressources to buy/use for stalls, Donkeys are awesome :)
  • As requested - the new problem - I have just added 2 2x2 balloon decos from my flower farm - I didn't remove anything whatsoever from the deco valley but my happiness has dropped.  That cant be right.  Also, if I add the numbers up of the stalls and the bonuses they should give it does not equal the pennies per second earned per happiness.  Lastly why when I added a sheep stall did my pennies per second rise by 1 and not 5?
  • SuzyQ22 (US1)SuzyQ22 (US1) US1 Posts: 1,475
Nope, decided it is still too time consuming to do this event, some changes need to be made if I ever play it again.  Let the rank fall as it may, I am finished, lol.

    Your decision

I'm using a 55 Stall setup, it takes me around 45 minute to set 4 hours , so it generally gives me 2.5 hours free

I''m running for top 5.. and yeah, i have to work hard

I'll run much less stalls in the future, and much easier

Top 5 ranks are hard for any events in the game

I actually dont even remember the last event i finished in top 5

I'm usually more between 6-20 ranks :) for WW / RP / CC

Having played this event for another day here's some more constructive criticism

The game is very laggy in its current state with many events running at the same time. When I have stalls that require field items im stuck having to switch from main farm to deco farm constantly because my storage maxes out at around 4000. This in turn makes the lag even worse especially when filling high turnover items like wildflower and alfalfa. Can GGS give us an option to load our stalls without leaving our main farms? It would make the event less frustrating and cut back on the lag.

As fpr previous statement in regards to staying under level 250.........I think I have a good strategy that scores very well even with my deco valley thats only half built. Being pooled with big golders when the time comes won't change my enjoyment level of the event. If hard work rewards in particular are improved I don;t see any reason why I wouldn't play this event unless it tuns into a CC and is running every 5 minutes.

I m tired of complaining but there seem to be a lot of problems with this event .
I went to sleep at around 172 billion and after 8 hours , 178 billion is my score .

    http://prntscr.com/nn1tia

In 8 hours i should have got around 30 billion but the score of only one hour was counted and it was increased to only 178 billion . Maybe a problem with that update score button which dint reset properly ?
Now got to run it even faster = more stalls uff coz of this stupid bug . Missed around 20+ billion points  :( , not fair at all . I was running at over 1.4M last night when i had to run only 1.3M throughout the rest of event and now coz of missed points , it becomes 1.6M .
My stalls dint stop , i m sure about it . Only the counter is the problem here again .
    @WascallyWabbit @RowdyRac ; or @WiseWing ;  pls help

Increasing the stalls time to 8 hrs is a change that MUST happen.

Decrease the required amount of products to fill stalls.

And last change, give 100% sell value for the products.

Without these 3 changes ... The event is a failure.

These are my final thoughts about Pleasure Park.

Random Info, it takes much less stuff, to run the stalls for only 2 hours ( of course , its gonna be way more work, to keep them running ) :p

yes but you also then risk not getting as good of one too
  • Participating in the new Pleasure Park is about as much fun as getting root canals done.

Seriously, there are already enough events that are going on that are gold hungry and up pops another one.  First, it takes too much time and effort to find the "proper" amount of Deco's  for different Levels and then, make sure you have enough of the products.  I was looking forward to the new park.  After tonight, I am done with it.

I don't know if the rest of you can go without sleep, but I can't.  I would have to stay awake most of the day and night to keep up with everything.  Also, the increased pop-ups to buy something (gasp) is getting old.

Yeah, well, the super bad ones, i always only set them for 10 minute

at 7-8 penny, if they cost a cheap ressource to send, I'll send :)
