    Quit working at jasmine again, I've collected jasmine three times and still not collecting.  I won't be paying gold to skip again.

    well silo once again stuck on jasmine
    silo was stuck at start of this event and I was level 64
    used 100 gold to move it to jasmine and it did not work
    the following day GGS informs us to use gold to move box along if silo still not working.
    Well that now cost me 200 gold (300 gold all up so far). Silo now working but a few players were now 120,000 points in front.

    Jasmine came up again. I'm now 3rd place, had been 2nd. 490 gold is needed to move box. Opened mystery boxes and had enough. ( now 790 gold spent) just to get silo working

    9 hours to go. in 2nd place, 15000 points from 1st. made up over 52,000 points to close gap. JASMINAE comes up again.....Now it wants 1490 gold to move the box along.....SILO STUCK AGAIN ON JASMINE.

    GGS won't refund your gold except the first 100 gold coins used to move it along either.  Such a disappointment this has been.

    at least the lower level player is either using all there seaweed or using lots of gold to stay in front. There farm is 1/2 the size of mine. and if they want to wast all there stuff on a broken event they can.

    if they didn't have a 120,000 point head start they would not even be in the top 10.

    I have not bothered since silo got stuck the 3rd time on jasmine

    My silo is once again stuck on Jasmine, I used seaweed to start it with a boost but that was a waste, I have wasted more on this event because GG hasn't got it together.  I was trying for the horseshoes but this is the 3rd time I have been stuck and usually I am in the top 20 but now I am down to 250.  I have not played a long time on PC but so far there has been more events that don't work or if they do you never get the award and nothing is ever said again, where is my snowman award for Christmas, just being ignore after I spent all that time doing the whole rundown to Christmas.  Getting discouraged with this game.  When you contact support it is a waste, they haven't got a clue.  Still haven't seen my 100 gold for bypassing jasmine last time.

    I received my 100 gold coins back for skipping the Jasmine to get the silo moving again.  Thanks GGS for staying true to your promise, I really appreciate it.

    It is unacceptable that i spent so much work and hours and suddenly because of an error i can't continue.
    There are many players in my team who due to this error can not continue and from the first place of the team rating we got to the 2nd!

    The HWE funnel is skipping crates occasionally which is very annoying.Several members of my coop have had this happen this morning.

    Happened to me overnight too, expected eggs yesterday morning...got corn, rutas and wheat.  :s

    Do you notice anything significant about the crates that get skipped? For example, is it an item that you already had before?

    Yes I had eggs the day before. But I also had rutas and corn multiple times...seems almost all my crates were for field crops that day, and then in the last 4-5 hours I got milk, apples, and eggs.

    mine was for corn.which I had done before. After the skip the 3 items asked for were reversed i.e.corn was now 3rd in line,middle item stayed the same and ruta became first in line, it was third in line before the skip.

    Thanks guys, the team are still having problems identifying exactly what triggers this to happen, but looks like they are on the right track, that repeat items have something to do with it - We will keep collecting any info you post, that you think might help.

    Looks like someone reached INTEGER value limit with the HWE points :)

    I know ita a bug, please fix it.

    ouch - now that is not good. Could also wonder what #1s real score is. Is s/he the true #1 or is it #2 that should be in the #1 spot ?

    I dont know the real score of the #1, and what he was doing to get this value.
    LT1 server is not that big, so i cant remember this player being in top10 scorers on many previous HWE/CHWE events.

    Hotfix currently planned for 11:30am CET today for the following smaller issues:

    -Start All Button: wrong cash display
    -Start All Button: if you miss a specific currency, e.g. cash, the displayed gold price was not updated properly
    -Start All Button: ErrorCode 5 while building is upgrading
    -Edge plants: button was not disabled for certain recipes

    We'll keep you updated if anything changes.

    @WascallyWabbit please do not let GGS mess up the running HWE.....!!!!!

    Hotfix is okay between HWE.
    But bug with hotfix is not okay!!!
    See what a pretty score is shown in the ranking after the Hotfix.

    Great hotfix GGS  I must say very well timed - right in the middle of an hwe.
    However, your 'hotfix' needs fixed as I am on milk but the funnel (on the outside) is showing alf. my last crate.
    WONDERFUL!   well done - you just don't fail do you!
    Oh another thing, - that half time reward for reaching a certain score - THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER!!

    Yeah I know that in this game, anything is impossible with gold but check the score its too high on our server and even I had never seen such a big score even by the highest gold buyers on my server in such a less time.

    And one more amazing thing is the guy which made that much score is having just around 900K XPS in this week. That is a very less amount if someone makes that much score.

    I was amazed as this happened with me once more time with cabbage but I didn't paid much attention.

    Out of the blue had a player at HWE      2.147.486.438 points. 
    10 minutes before the player was not even at top 10
    Awesome,  will be the first player to collect all rewards at HWE, at least on Dutch server, after day hard work

    This is probably some kind of bug. Even if they skip every item to level 10 non-stop and then skip the box with gold, they would have to get the bonus point about every 5 seconds in order to have been at a score that high already and that is definitely not possible.

    I am feeling sad for others who were earlier at top rank 1 and just got an shock after the Hotfix. :'(
