Missing double XP after update

Hello,
After todays update I, all of a sudden, don't receive the double XP after harvesting. Even tough I should get them.It are the points after harvesting fertilizer, pies from the bakey, soap from the flower shop and so on. I do get the double XP when starting, like feeding the stables, and so on. Am I just the only one. Can't imagine that.

    I had same problem, i switched from html to flash then back again and it was there

    I just noticed my exp on my windmill are paying 3744 for a full load where it use to pay over 7K? Is this another glitch from the big update? I still have over 4K hours for my 2x xp so I know thats not the problem.

    I have the same problem but not only on my windmill, also on my bakery and in other producing buildings.

    double xp doesnt work here and still have 3650 hours left    please fix this

    I stopped getting the extra xp boosters on my windmill and silo that I have noticed so far after the big update.

    Same problem at my farm. Switched between HTML and Flash, but that didn't solve anything.

    HTML do not display ur booster :)
    But this issue here is a bug , u have ur booster in display but no effect :)
    im sure our GGS friends will fix it before christmas :)
    Did u saw they fooked up the tractors :)

    all i understand is...
    GGS LOGIC + Hot fix = U Loose and Cry :)

    No worry by x-mas server might be dead and all our troubles gone :)

    Tnx for the reply, I will wait in patience. But an extra week of double XP is no real compensation for me. I have for at about three months to go. But right now I am missing hundreds of thousands XP. That won't come back. In a week time it will be enough to go up for an extra level. Maybe you can think of another compensation. (this is not a complaint tough).

    so every player gets a week extra xp 

    and the players who have the bug dont get there missing rewards ?

    its gone cost me at least 1 level up (for me also 31 mil dollar reward )

    its a game where also people race in levels    nice for most players they al get a bonus for a hotbug 
    but the longer bf waits with fixing it the more they ruin the fun
    lots of people spent money in ranking levels and to hold there place on the rankinglist


    XP booster update

    "The problem players have been reporting with Double XP boosters not working as they should at the moment, has been identified.  

    However, the fix will require a downtime. In order to avoid extra downtimes in the game we would prefer to wait for the next update to implement the fix.

    At that time every player will receive a week long XP booster as an apology for the inconvenience".

    i also wonder about this 17th of oktober is when things got messed up it is 26th now thats 9 days of dubble xp we did not get 
    getting only1 week isnt cutting it 
    it isnt even getting us back what we are loosing still and haha is not making up for inconvenience either
    that would suggest we get something on top of what we lost so far

    This will likely be repaired with our next scheduled update which will be announced via the usual channels. Please keep an eye on the moderator posts for more info on the fix for this issue and the compensation.

    Tnx @Hunter for your reply. I an not affected by the Village fair, at least not that I know. But I am affected by missing lots of XP, since the last update. In my report here I received the message that it would be fixed in the next downtime. That choise was made to prevent too many downtimes. I was not really happy with that choise, but I could understand it.
    Now I read here that there was a downtime for a fix after the Village fair and surprise surprise... No fix on the missing XP. You say that the economy in the game must not be disturbed too much. I understand. Bu in the last days I missed so many XP that it would have given me two levels extra, Since I get at about 22 million dollars per level up, you can understand that my economy is badly influenced. And for the time being, I am affraid I will miss lots of dollars more in the next few days. So please do something about it. And do it fast. Not just for me, but for all the others players involved as well.

    There has not yet been a fix, or a downtime, for the Village Fair issue either.
    We will post as soon as we get confirmation of the date for the next update.

    Sorry. I read the message as if there has been a hotfix. I wait in patience.

    lets hope so 
    more then once level up here  and that had to be double    to bad of the levels up and to bad of the missing rewards missing positions in the rankinglist and who knows what more
    i think that enough people play and pay enough for a verry long time
    and dont deserve is to play with a bug for so many days
    to bad ggs dicides to wait that long 
    in the whole world its normal that if you brake some from your customer you gone fix it as soon as possible
    i am lucky GGS is not my garage and broke my car and sended me on the road driving with only 3 wheels
    for weeks  because not every costumer has a broken car 
    curious what the compensetion wil be this time and if the player is going to pay again .

    I am getting a bit annoyed. Again a week without an update. One announced informal and then postponed. I am missing millions of XP. And because of that a few levels less. Meaning also at about one hundred million dollars and a few hundred gold. Loosing my patience now.

    21 days passed, 48 to Christmas :)

    GGS lets make something very very clear here MOOKAY !

    The week before the update, i finished first in week exp ranking,
    Last 12 months, maybe few times i havent end up in top 10 week exp ranking!
    now i cant make it to top 50 ! Why, because Double exp booster doesnt work ;(`
    Also it is demotivating, and ruining the whole idea of competition, cos not everyone dont have the booster bug !

    BUT GGS ARE ON THAT ! The Moon is from cheese and the Earth is flat !
    Im a believer... Church and GGS will never lie ! Amen

    i have 25 000 h DOUBLE EXP BOOSTER! = 1041 days ! = 35 months = almost 3 years...

    My question is... (and be very careful with the answer, because u put my and 50 other people future in UK1 server at the very edge! No no no, we are not leaving ... you are kicking us out - am i clear here!)

    Do you think i prefer option 1 or option 2 !

    1. Add 21 days(the time after update till fixing the bug) double exp booster to my 1041 days...so i have 1062 days ;)

    or...

    2. Fix the bug and make the booster works +100% (double exp) and ADD to it as form of second +100% exp booster...
    Complicated to understand!
    ill try again...
    For every day with missing double exp booster, compensate with triple booster!

    For example 30 days with missing double exp(+100%) = 30 days with triple exp booster (+200%)

    Fair enough !

    Or i have another idea, how about when people purchase Gold, your bank to tell em:

    GGS Bank:
    - We transfer you the gold, but there is no money in the bank account that you use to order the gold, sir!
