In order for the techie elves to trace the problem, they need to reproduce it, so please could you give as much detail as possible about what exactly you did, the building name, the upgrade level, if you used cash or gold, which building slot it used, did the problem start right away or after your switched farms or relogged, was the building visible in the building slot (like your screenshot), even on other farms, what exactly did you mean when you said the building was "moving with your cursor", did you mean the actual building from your farm or the image on the building slot, or was that the actual building showing on the building slot?
So many questions lol Any details you can recall could be helpful, thankyou
EDIT: To clarify, the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V work for the Co-op chat but not for messages, we are aware of that issue and CM will keep an eye on the status
BTW the name of the building is tropical cowshed to lvl 8
I used cash and yes the moment I start it came like in the pic and the slot is universal
when farming my screen goes blank and then comes back with the farm gravel turning green its only happened since i have changed to the html in my google chrome browser never happened when using flash.
Anybody got any ideas what it could be?
The new wrinkle for me is intermittent freezing, which lasts for 15 seconds or longer. I know others have had issues with freezing, but I never have until now. (Latest version of Chrome.) Five or six times a day, at least.
HTML-Latest version chrome/windows 10.
EDIT: yes, the problem is still there. If I go to another farm and then go back to the flower farm, the boat is then there. Otherwise I have to click the dock to get the crates to pop up.
Please put this on the list of things to fix! thanks @WascallyWabbit @RowdyRac @CM_Hunter
Stuck on HTML... ssssooooo sssssllllloooooowwwwww
Can't play a rapid click game wit this lag.
Please fix this
Thanks
Please mention your OS version, browser name and browser version. It could help us diagnose or repair the issues reported! Can you also provide a little more detail? Is logging in slow? Is harvesting slow? General play? The more info we can get the better, thanks!
It seems to change while I am working on My Daily Mission , so I am not sure if that has anything to do with the (Arrow) changing into the ( I ) yet again.
I am on Windows Edge # 44.
I just looked and Browser did need updating so will see if that helps if not i will send screen shoot.
Please keep in mind, i write all these things with full respect towards you
Just our points of view dont match much and that is fine
We aim same goal, better game, more fun, right!
Okay, so...
I do not give bad advice, i give best advice according to the current situation
Lets face it,
If in 2020 the experts tell me, there will be mass flood ! Of course i will buy a boat and try prepare it for that day
But i wont leave my car and sit in the boat waiting for the flood 2-3 years
and worst is that my boat is with holes all over
as u notice, my car is - flash player and my boat is HTML
Today (18.10.18) flash is way better than HTML and that is a fact, no matter what both of us think about it
GGS DO NOT NEED ! Anyone to report any bugs and issues, why !
Because all they have to do is to open a farm under HTLM and start working on it
Interface ! look all the TXT going out of line, coop description messed up, boosters missing, double click errors...
You dont need to play the game to see these things, just open one farm and look !
And i see nothing change from day one of HTLM release
So all i can say is, thank you, but no thank you
Tomorrow if GGS invest some time and money on it and make it, not best, not even good! JUST ACCEPTABLE !
i will be one of the first people to recommend it
There is so so many bugs in the game at first place, that nobody take action to fix
And it is not my job to report bugs, my part of the game is to have fun
If this game was "open source" i would love to help
Commercial companies like GGS need to pay well to their employees so all go well
Not some teens that claim that they are great developers, i mean real specialists !
Big Farm is dying game (that is a fact at least in UK1 server) people quit and no new farmers popping up
So there is a huge difference 3 years ago activity and today
And people leave this game for many reasons and most of them comes from non professional behavior of GGS
You can not milk a cow forever just like that ! You need to feed it too... sometimes
But i share nothing new in here, you, me and GGS knows these things very well...
People do not get, what they pay for, they feel tricked and cheated, loosing the fun, and just quit
For the rest of us, who are still here (biggest %) we hope that the game will change and bring more fun
So here we are waiting with hope...
Best wishes to everyone and happy farming
I switched back to Flash just to check, and decided to stay in Flash for now, because all the visuals/graphics are clearer a a bit better; no blurring, the writings all fit the right areas and don't have bizarre font size differences, and yeah, normal cursor, woop woop!
Our points of view do not match, because yours is incorrect. The HTML team have done extensive testing, but there is a huge difference between test servers and live servers & they cannot possibly test every possible combination of computers, connections & browsers that players use to play the game. You only have to look at this thread (where I have moved your posts to) to see that your comment that "Today (18.10.18) flash is way better than HTML and that is a fact, no matter what both of us think about it" could not be more wrong, as many players have found a huge improvement in their game on HTML & if you are one of those that is having issues on HTML, then this is the time that you should be making sure your problems are addressed, instead of sitting in your car, waiting for Flash to disappear & then coming here to the forums to complain that your boat is full of holes & you cannot play on HTML.
You also do not have until 2020, as that is when Adobe will discontinue Flash, but it is unlikely that GGS will continue to run & update 2 versions of the game for 2-3 years. No one is forcing you to report bugs or to do anything else, it is in your own interest to do, but should you choose not to, all I am asking is that you do not encourage others to make the same bad decision.
Only 2 gripes is the blurring can occur from time to time and that some things on the farm seem a bit off centre to where it actualy should be
A lot of people often mention the most visible issues such as blurriness or text issues as being bg blockers, and those are very annoying and in some cases can even make it difficult to play for long. We hear you and aware of those problems, but we also have to prioritise issues that lead to bigger problems. It's annoying to have the blur, but it's more than annoying if a feature can't be used or is blocked by some sort of issue in HTML. We're working on those kinds of things first, and we will fix the visible issues and the things that you guys have diligently and helpfully reported to us, and that get in the way of you playing in HTML, it's just a matter of doing it in a prioritised way.
I hear your frustration and I'm with you, I want the HTML version to be polished and complete for everyone. We've made some steps towards that and there are a lot of people reporting huge improvements since our early tests and even since the recent global release first hit browsers. If you're not in that group, it's our aim to get you in it, and Flash is there for now if we haven't quite got you there yet. Thank you for all the reporting, testing and feedback you've all given us so far! Keep it up and we'll keep working at it for you.
Problem with selling bakery overage. When collecting bakery goods, I'll get the message that storage is full and to sell off, let's say, 100 whatevers. I click "sell." Get the same message, click "sell" again. The second time it goes through, but it's sold off 200 items. Not necessarily what I want to do. Happens almost every time.
The workaround has been to refresh the page after the first "sell" message and I've clicked "sell." Then it sells only the 100 excess.
