The cooperative championship event has not arrived for me either. Now that it has not started on time, if it will start randomly without sufficient notice it can cause a lot of players to miss out on earning a lot of points, especially if it was supposed to start while they were online to do some missions, but ends up starting when they are unavailable to participate in any missions.

What is going on. Good grief. Yet another mess. We are all on standby waiting on the tent. We no longer start anything until we see the tent, but this is crazy. Do not put up the timer if you have no intention of honoring the time you set.

The cooperative championship has begun, although it is very disappointing that it has started about one and a half hours late from the planned starting time.

  • after last night the cc starting late -- and, me loosing a lot AGAIN -- and, once again gg just IGNORES the situation -- you can flash GOLD specials every 5 minutes -- I AM NOT BUYING ANY GOLD -- i was a top buyer for a long time -- then cut back as problems/issues started happening and i was loosing & not being properly compensation -- then it looked like you were trying harder to improve things -- so i was buying gold again -- WELL, LAST NIGHT WAS THE FINAL STRAW -- i have lost a lot of money in buying gold and giving a deco DOESN'T compensate -- i know i'm only one person -- but, hopefully, others will follow -- and, you will start feeling it in your pockets (since that is all you seem to care about) -- right now i'm getting ERROR messages on everything -- from clicking on the doghouses to trying to do the max harvest on an item -- i would spend a FULL DAY just sending in tickets w/snapshots -- and, several members are having the same issues -- and, i saw a discussion about others too -- so yes i'm protesting, so keeping flashing those GOLD specials and see how much i buy

  • I'm with ya --seekinghighest--they want our hard earned "gold" --guess they are going to have to EARN it.  I am tired of flashing gold "specials" and earning the same deco I've already earned 34087 times...tired of bugs, errors, and lag, tired of the same temp farms and themed events....tired of CC's all the time.  And TIRED of BUYING GOLD!!
did you say you're tired

  • The team send their apologies for the late start on the CC, it was not a fault with the event, but a mixup on the schedule, as the start time of the event was  2am CEST but the timer was still on 12:30am - It should not happen again. :/

    Who are you kidding?

And why have all events shifted to 2 am CEST?

@Kimmiecat (NL1) It would appear they have not all moved to 2am, as we are still waiting for the HWE to appear at the moment :/   but we did have this announcement recently about events ending at the same time as the daily server resets & how they are trying to avoid that now, as it can cause problems, so maybe they are moving the start times away from midnight CEST too. - I will try to find out for you.

@WascallyWabbit can you please inform if the coundowntimer is correct? It is again set for 00.30h CEST for the starttime of the CC . And last two times the timer was not correct.

What the heck....we just finished one up 5 days ago and were already having another one!!!   Gosh I miss the good ole days when they were every once a quarter, then we got them every other month.  Now tt seems like we are having one every time we turn around.  Between the WWC and having 2 CC's built into that event because it's so long, then GGS wants to spring a CC on us every 10 days or so, it's like we are in a perpetual cycle of Non stop CC's with the occasional few day break in between.

No wonder so many people are burnt out on them, and they are not fun anymore.   SERIOUSLY, you need to rethink how often we have these, I thought the Village Fair was supposed to take up some of that slack and not give us so many CC's after it came out.
  • Maybe they confused HWE's with CC's. I made a comment after the October calendar showed up about the fact there were 3 CC's scheduled.

GGS promised to introduce the village fair and at the same time reduce the number of CCs, but they can't help it can they, so now we get both CCs and village fair packed together in the same time frame

GGS executives should be forced to play these events themselves, especially the village fair which is a load-of-c r a p - type of event, maybe they'll wake up and start counting the leavers

Please show me on the calendar where there's a Village Fair and a CC running simultaneously.  I checked the calendar, and I don't see such an occurrence.

you and I seem to have a language barrier?

In the same time frame doesn't mean simultaneously, it means in a set period of time

We used to have 3 - 4 CC / month  before the village fair was introduced, and now guess what we have in the "same time frame" (of a month) ?  3-4 CCs  - AND -  a couple returns of the village fair

I hope that clears the doubts

  • Absolutely spot on.

There has been no reduction in cc's, and they keep on adding more and more events too - all of which are bugged beyond bugged - this game is supposed to be just that - a game - for relaxation and enjoyment.  Too many events has spoiled it for many and continues to spoil it for the rest of us die-hards.

I've lost count how many times players have asked for less - but they take no notice whatsoever and just carry on with their blinkered vision of what makes a game successful.  CM Hunter acknowledged that they know the players want new events released more slowly and bug free so I truly cannot understand the GGS business mindset.

Imagine the players as diners in a 1st rate cafe - surrounded by all wonderful cakes of every variety.  They'd eat one and want more, they'd eat two and say that was lovely but I've had enough - now imagine the waiting staff continually bringing over more and more and more until the table was full and they ended up putting them on the spare surrounding seats, on the customers lap, even on the floor - would the customer be happy or think 'enough of this' and walk away?  There GGS is your answer.

The idea here was a general reduction of the amount of CCs, this means that overall there should be a lesser amount of CCs in general but the Village Fair has not really come in full force yet. We had some teething issues and instead of running loads of Village Fairs we have put some CCs in. Down the line, we may have months with 2 Village Fair events and only 2 CCs in that month. The reduction is an overall one and while this month it didn't result in less CCs it should in other months.

I agree artful we dont get a chance to build our farms up with supplies of special seeds or upgrades because the events are one after another, this game is no longer relaxing and fun, it as turned out to be a full time job !!

There are so many members in the co-ops who wont even do missions. Then you get the ones who are doing missions getting upset or feeling like they are being  taking advantage of because  they are playing and winning the prizes for the entire co-op. It causes chaos, people get hot headed, leave the co-op and just run into the same problem later in another co-op.

Or you just find that people disappear during the CC's and then reappear when they are over.
