    I don't think it should have shown as lvl 56. Meadow training only gives what you get on the clock / sliders. You don't get any averaging with the horse you breed with as you do in stable breeding.

    sort of ,bit it did show the new horse goldie at 56 , no consistency

    Could it have been that your horse reached level 56 for a specific attribute but the other attributes were lower and kept the horse at level 54?

    thanks for your suggestion, checked the levels
    they are 53, 54, 55, average being 54, but why did it show as 56 after breeding and then revert to previous level. It is inaccurate and misleading, either transfer the new level , or display the correct one .
       I believe that when the meadow was announced it stated that we could breed with fellow co op members horses, it didn't state that it would be attributes only. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to make a copy.
    if the wheel increases the attributes why breed at all !!!
    I still believe this is an error, I hope I am not the only one ?

    I Agree , I have noticed that there was a difference in the levels, wasn't sure at first, and they did make a big deal of the issue of being able to breed with other horses, and you are right bother if it makes no difference

    The wheel doesn't actually increase the attributes, it just selects which attribute you will be able to increase when breeding. And the choice of horse you breed with has huge effects on the number of gene points ie. the chance of actually getting the increase.

    ok I get that part , but as you said the meadow should not have shown level 56 , then revert to 54  , that is my point ,either it does ,or is doesn't
    If it does not increase levels then it should not show an increase in levels after breeding in the meadow, and in answering Ninja I didn't think that higher  or lower attributes would have any effect on how the meadow perceives horse levels , I may stand corrected.
    finally since it is harder for a low level horse to breed with a higher level why bother with the diferentiation as it is moot

      I have had 4 fails in a row, can someone help me understand what I'm doing wrong. I've been ok for about a year or so now but lately I can't breed the horse I put in the meadow "" 4 fails in a row ""  and can't even cancel it  :(  :(   What's going on ? ? ? ?

    steve p I try matching the gene allocation to the corresponding levels of the horse I want to breed with ie the highest allocation to the lowest level of the other horse, don't know if it makes a difference , good luck gaz

    "4 fails in a row" but you don't tell us how many gene points you were being offered each time. Gene points are equal to your percentage chance of success so 30 points and failure is almost inevitable. One of your co-op mates horses needs to be a good match to yours. And also, the more horses there are on the Meadow the higher the number of points you will get for any specific match.  The Meadow is definitely a co-op wide activity.

    @GazFarmer (AU1)

    There is an error in the results displayed by the "Breeding successful!" page.

    It is overstating one of the breeding attributes, causing the breeding value to be overstated.
    The stable shows the correct values :smile:
