    but got only normal goal credit for Croatia-Denmark game. 

    Ditto: I had the same happen, only credited for a 1-1 score on the Croatia/Denmark game

    Me toooo! I dropped from 11th to 15th after the cup allocation for the penalty shoot-out was applied to some people but not me. Will GGS be able to tell who received their cups and who did not?

    I was logged on both times. The credits for  Croatia vs  Denmark were already given before the penalties started. The credits for Spain vs Russia were given all at once, after the penalties.
    I only got credits for the 1-1 score for the last game.

    I don't think so, i was logged in and didn't get penaltie points neither...just the 1-1 points.

    is it the FIFA or GGS-personal who's updating the data and goals ?
    someone has to do this manually right ?
    simple failure they accidentally stopt the game to early  oeps LOL 
    (most of us didnt expect the match was ending that late)
    nobody got any penalty's  
    only thing to worry is will they fix it faster as the last time the double xp was gone ?
    and if not we ALL got 5 goals short 
    no BIG deal human failure SH*T happens 
    i also like my 5,4 mil extra but  tis is one of the first times  something new added to the game
    without major bugs

    Apparently some did get penalty's and others did not.  I believe I am one of those who did not.

    i was logged in and only got the main score. do we need to send tickets in or will it be given anyway.

    I'm curious when we hear something today, office time is over.
And we are still at a disadvantage because we can not bet our earned credits.
So it becomes an unfair competition ...

    i dident got anything for penalty just for 1-1 after 2 team was open for spending whistle on them but im got nothing for penalty

    When your team scores, you only win trophies. Whistles are what you use to bet, so your totals there shouldn't be affected.

    Yes we get trophees and balls...with the balls we get hard workers reward (like grass and whistles) now we are getting it much later than peopje who get their credits properly. Disadvantage......cause there we can bet more with !

    I'm sorry, eissol, I misunderstood I thought you were referring to lost points from penalty scores. Sorry about that!

    @SuzyQ22 (US1) That pop-up is from the Croatia/Denmark game, which is the one that gave the result too early for players who were online - Should be fixed in the next hour or so :)

    Thanks Wascally, does that mean there are more trophies and soccer balls coming?  I was online when that happened, I think I was anyway.  Suzy!

    Hello, the hotfix worked for one person in my coop, who has received their missing penalty points for Croatia/Denmark, but not for myself or another. I hope another solution can be found? Appreciate the effort to fix it all the same :)

    I am sorry but my points from the penalties from the match with Croatia/Denmark are still missing after the hotfix of today.

    Unfortunately, I did not receive any points either. I have not received over 6 million points and probably due to the fate of this patch also depends on my participation in this game. Bugs in the game can not decide on the final version of the game. I take third place on the INT1 server and maybe at the end I can run out of points to stay on top.

    @~~Mona~~ (INT1)  There appears to be several people on each server that are still waiting, the team are working on it right now.

    We have added all 4 of you to the list & will let you know as soon as hear anything.

    @SuzyQ22 (US1)  The results that were sent out too early, to those people who were online, came at approx 10:35pm CEST on Sunday.
