Feedback - What happened on your server?

Greetings EN Community,

We need to submit feedback from this weekends glitches, for all 8 of our servers, but we have some gaps & would appreciate your help :)

1. Server downtime around midnight CEST Friday/Saturday ?
2. Server downtime around midnight CEST Sunday/Monday ?
3. Late CC (up to an hour) - EN1, INT1, SKN1, US1
4. Late CC (more than 3 hours)
5. Still no CC - AU1, IN1, NL1
6. No ranking rewards from WoF  - AU1, IN1, NL1
7. No ranking rewards CHWE (Coop)  - AU1, IN1, NL1
8. No ranking rewards CHWE (Individual)  - AU1, IN1, NL1
9 Any other server wide issues not mentioned above

Anyone from LT1 with info about when your CC started, please post. :)

    Hi Wabbit

    Still no cc on the Australian server...tho u may keep it that way please....we don't want it......lol

    Also my co op came 3rd in the chwe & we haven't received any of our rewards either individual or co op

    Many also never received their rewards from the wheel of fortune

    Earlier this morning I had the notification of the upcoming WWC (timing was wrong, I thought, and the current CC and weekly event were missing, wrong dates, etc).  Now it's gone.

    There was no downtime around midnight CEST on the AU server recently, all the other information about the AU server is accurate.

    Also the weekly XP leaderboard and reputation leaderboard was not reset at the beginning of the week.

    my coop is on first rank in league

    You're welcome, no, I did not receive the pop-up and none of my cooperative members that I spoke to received their weekly pop-up for the village league.

    If this helps as well, I spoke to another two cooperative members about the individual ranking prizes, one of them believes they received all of their individual ranking rewards and the other one says they did not receive their gold mining license for finishing in the top 25. But I am not sure about their other ranking prizes. Also I was online when the cooperative hard worker event ended and I received all the individual pop-ups but none of the cooperative pop-ups, not even the one displaying the cooperative ranking.

    If there is any other information you need I am happy to try my best to get it for you.

    Not sure, if you are interested in slovak server, if yes, here is some information form my coop:

    - Still no CC 
    - No ranking rewards from WoF 
    - No ranking rewards CHWE (Coop) 
    - no medals from last week

    We got rewards CHWE (Individual)  and medals from previous week (few days ago).

    On JP1,
    • Still no CC
    • No ranking rewards from WoF
    • No ranking reward CHWE (coop)
    • No fireworks . . . and fireworks were over (T_T)
    There is no post from CM or JP MOD at JP forum, we need information.  Please let us know as well.

    CC is running now

    The hotfix would gave us all were asked for? .so yess we wanted Steve but we also wanted our earned booster from CHWE.....

    Our coop reward is still not given.

    after maitanance it seems we have everything how it should be except coop reward from CHWE and rewards from WoF

    After the hotfix I still have problems in the game with the reward window popping up and doing nothing but preventing me from playing.
    The only way I can play a bit ,is to switch to the gourmet farm before the window appears. But returning to the main farm triggers the problem again.
    Fellow coop members say that I need to continue clicking in the reward window and then it will give up?????

    The fix did not fix much.....only the CC has arrived (sorry to say) but when I cannot play, this is just adding to the problems. Pityfull display......

    Update : when I click the reward window about 20 times, it finally gives up and lets me play. Oh, and i have somehow accumulated 920 hours of building booster....ridiculous.

    Items cost in the village medals shop did not reset because of not getting medals last week.

    Thank you for returning the cooperative championship event and the village medals pop-up. Now we just need to receive the wheel of fortune ranking prizes and the cooperative hard worker event cooperative ranking prizes.

    WWC is not showing on GB1 server and no tent at beginning of cc which has showed up late but got there hope this helps
