Update Jan 9th - Horse Season Details and a New Skyline - Discussion

    @JustMe (US1)  If you ended the horse season in Platinum or Diamond leagues, the Crystal Carriage deco should be in your dropbox as usual & the Snowbound skin was for the farmhouse on your main farm, so if you click that & go to the paint point, you should find that.

    pardon me  the horse trailer is for this season

    no carriage and had looked several time but saw it on other's farms

    already had the skin as a reward from something else & thought it would be able to be applied to GF or FF farmhouse but no -- why not?? - & nothing shows of having an extra one -

    so how am i also to determine i received the GML either??? I sure do not take snapshots of my inventory before and after every reward -- GGS needs to start walking the straight and narrow and cough up the stated prizes

    this is absolutely ridiculous - these are regular & stated prizes to normal events  -- this happened with a prior horse season & never received the rewards either - went through support at that time - 

    except for my very first horse season a year ago I have always finished platinum - this last time lvl 3

    Are you talking about this CARRIAGE that you have built on your gourmet farm?

    DUH!!!  forgot did a rush of deco building a few days ago was not even paying attention to what i built obviously !

    Question:  Besides this last horse season, what other event was the Snowbound Farmhouse skin offered as a reward?
    tell you the truth the days have all been dissolving into each other seems like i had it for a while must have been just a few days my bad....

    Thanks @jess_d (US1) ! Darn how did i miss Frida, I keep looking for her.. so no new dollar skyliners, huh, that's a shame. Fingers crossed they'll be more to come, new year and all.

    14,900 gold.. Very close Jess, only missed it by 100 gold. :)


    So Frustrating.  I  cleared COOKIES, I cleared CACHE (for all time)...still no go.  Then I shut down the browser, cleared cookies & cleared cache on re-open & still no go.  I opened the game on another browser (that FLASH CRASHES EVERY 30 MINUTES) then closed it down, cleared all cookies & cache on that browser, restarted my gaming browser, cleared cookies & cache AGAIN & it finally worked.

    THIS IS TOTAL Bull Malarkey.  I am SO SICK of this game overloading & crashing my browser every 30-90 minutes.  RIDICULOUS.  I would rather see Pac-Man quality graphics & be able to play the FRACKING game than refresh/restart/clear & refresh/restart the browser every hour.

    Flash has suffered from massive memory leaks since it was first released.  Can't lay total blame for this one on GGS. Fortunately, they're working on a Flash replacement, using HTML5 & Javascript; when that's ready for release for the browser game, it should offer a much better responsiveness that the Flash based game has suffered from.  The Mobile version of Big Farm is already coded that way, but as has been pointed out, that's a completely separate game from the Browser version, so we have to wait for them to port it over. :)

    @stef7 (US1) Sorry to hear you are still experiencing such problems with support. :(  Waiting time does vary,depending on the type of issue & also whether or not it is something that the dev team are investigating, so that support have to wait for the outcome, before they know what action is to be taken. But it should never take "months", if you got an auto-response confirming receipt of your inquiry. You can always contact a mod to check that your ticket is in the queue & what the hold up is, if it has been more than a week or so.

    Thanks Wabbit that is what I end up doing 50% of the time the other 50% I just give up. 

    I do have to add I have gone to Wabbit with a few support issues and she has taken care of them and gotten me taken care of and I am grateful.

    BUT we should not have to go through Wabbit  or other Mods to get support.  Support should do there jobs in the first place.

    Also not everyone can come here to get help. Example is my daughter or Mother who can not come here and ask for help because they have been banned from the board. (one of the mods banned both claiming all 3 of us are the same person) So my Mom puts a support ticket in and gets a wacky answer or no answer she can not come here for help. 

    So yes Wabbit SOME of us can get help here from you to get a problem fixed and again thank you but a lot are still left in the mercy of support alone and they do not do a good job at all. A lot of tickets go unanswered or it takes months. When you do get an answer it is usually something that make no sense at all.  EXP: when I put a support in for missing snowman I was told to come to the board so I can learn how to play the event. (hellow I played the event and did not get the deco) An other EXP is I sent a friendship invite to my Mom then helped her set up her game using the email and yet our account did not get linked. Seems that part of the game was broken and we did not know it. Both of us sent a ticket in and Mom NEVER got a response. The response I got was that I can only get friends if I invite them.  (I would not be in need of support if I had not invited someone)  Now I went to you and you got the whole thing straighten out but had I not been able to go to you like so many; then there is no support.
