Santa Calendar - no snowman

Hi

My apologies if this has already been posted or answered. I dont always understand the acronyms so can get a bit confused. 

When I tried to claim the snowman, said I could do this with 1 gold, got a message saying
You have reached the limit.

As I dont have the snowman yep checked my invent unsure if I should report this as a bug.

    No one seems to have gotten him, just an offer to buy him for gold.  Also didn't get today's Advent deco mailbox.

    You mean the one for negative 1 gold...

    Look in your inventory, dropbox tab.  Mine is in there as a Twinkling Snowman I believe... at least I think that's it.

    I got Santa's Postbox, but I won't know for another ~13 hours about the Snowman - I started him late in the afternoon.

    Got mailbox as well as the snowman (of my choice) - no problems here ... but heard of another player on the Dutch server NL1 that she did not receive the snowman.

    Hours later, still no snowman and no mailbox.  Coop member got the snowman, but like last year, at a lower value than it should have been.

    hola, yo tampoco le he recibido el muñeco de nieve y me aparece el mensaje de que aún puedo comprarlo con oro y (con -1 de oro ????) al intentarlo,  envia este comunicado.

    As others on here No snowman and the error if you wanted to buy it.
    Still getting the snowballs.

    This is getting VERY annoying folks.
    FIRST, NO Snowman deco, NOW, NO Rudolph. He's Gone.
    There seems to have been alot of glitches lately.

    Rudolph was supposed to disappear today. He was only scheduled to be here for 24 days.  Traditional Advent Calendars have 24 doors, or windows, that are opened once a day starting on Dec 1st and count down the 24 days till Christmas. Yes, it's a real thing.

    Any info on the Snowman deco??

    I read similar things from some players playing on the Dutch server NL1: they didn't receive their 'Snowman deco' and snowballs keep dropping. Just FYI.

    I received my snowman deco this morning when I logged in.
