Hi everyone,
We know that you have lots of questions about CC & compensations, where some have decos, some don`t, some had things that disappeared, some never got them, some coops were appearing in wrong league etc etc. - So here is what is going to happen:
There will be a hotfix run, sometime in next couple of hours, it should fix the CC league issues & the CC will start after the hotfix.
It will also include ALL the compensation again for everyone (see below), so anything that you were missing, you will now get & anything you already have, you will get again - The compensation package will go to everyone over level 8 who has at least been logged in this month.
You will get new working copies of both decos - If you already had 1 or both of the decos, the old versions may no longer work correctly & may change to 0 happiness - This will NOT be fixed, but you can give them to Greta to be broken into deco parts.

We know that there are several issues that you are waiting for news about & your mods would like to thank you for being so patient, despite your disappointment & annoyance with all the things that keep going wrong lately.
There is a hotfix planned for today & it will address several recent issues, we still do not know exactly what they have managed to get in there, as they are still working on it, so we also don`t yet have an ETA for it. What we do have so far is:
We also intend to repair the issue with the snowbound orchard skin users won. There was an error when trying to place it and it disappeared for some. We will try and repair that and also grant the missing skins tomorrow. That is the plan, we will try our best to stick to that
It is also planned to start the CHWE today, but no time will be given until the hotfix time is more clear.
We will bring you any more news that we get before the hotfix is run

The chapter 3 deco will be given to all eligible players, not just those who had completed a certain percentage. So those who have an account that could take part in the event (above level 8, in an alliance) will get the deco and chapter 3 will be unlocked. This will still only happen after the hotfix tomorrow.

Though it is not on the list, we assume that the Candy Farm will be starting after the Candy Hunt ends, as usual, we will get that confirmed.
The WWC will start tomorrow @ 14:00 CET
Candy farm will start Friday @ 14:30 CET & end on January 30th
The information on the WWC calendar is wrong but we're hoping it will update itself once the event starts as it did last time.
We don't know if the new events will have any appearances as rewards but we have asked for them to be added, if not already there, although they may not be available in the 1st run of the event. We have also asked that the snowbound barn appearance be changed back to the original one.
The whole team isn't back in office yet so we don't have any news about the missing rewards. If you have missing rewards please continue to post on this thread & do a ticket with support. Please post there also if your rewards eventually showed up a little later. Thank you!

We're aware of the error and are working on a resolution, but the issue affects all servers equally and it is likely that points will not drop for this event this time.

WWC coins might be given out later today depending on how the update goes. The trader will come back later this week and everyone should have their coins by today or tomorrow.
There was an issue with the goldfish rescue compensation & the items were not credited outside the event. The items will be credited once the event starts again.
We have the starting times for the Chinese New Year & Valentine's events but this will be the last two events where we can give the times. (See Wabbit's post above for info on other events.) Going forward we will only be able to give the dates of events without the start times.
Valentine's - Feb 5th at 23:59 until Feb 15th at 23:29
CNY - Feb 15th at 23:59 and ends March 2nd at 23:59
There seems to be some confusion about what happened to the recent petition/survey/poll regarding the frequency of the CC, so just to clarify:
A petition was started, but we do not allow petitions, because they only ask you to post if you agree, making them completely one-sided & they also just ask you sign it & do not encourage any form of discussion. Rather than close it, we asked the poster to change it to a survey, but that may have been too late, as the majority of posts continued to just say "signed". Meanwhile, links to it were posted on the DE forum & were removed, as they also do not allow petitions, but it had already been seen there & the DE community started to ask about it too. So their mods started an unofficial poll instead & we added the same poll to the thread on EN, to try getting that one back on track. Unfortunately, these 2 polls were seen by other communities, who asked their mods why they were not being included in the poll (not realising that it was not an official poll) & the whole thing got out of hand, so the CM asked us to close the polls & he has submitted the results of both of them to the team.
We are currently waiting to hear any feedback from that & if you have any further discussion on the topic, it should be posted on the already existing thread, which we currently use for feedback on this topic.

You may be wondering (or not) about the grey boxes that have appeared on the lists of forum threads:
Vanilla added them & we shake our heads in despair love them!
"When" they are working correctly & hopefully have white text on them, you may find them useful, but for now they are not working properly.
Here is what they are supposed to do:
- If you see the grey tag, it means that a moderator has posted on the thread
- When you click the tag, it should take you to the 1st mod post on the thread.
- On that post, you should then see this tag
- When you click this one it will take you to the next Mod post & so on.
They will not work retroactively, so they will only be effective on threads created since their introduction & aside from not being able to read them, the tracking is currently taking you all over the place lol***************************

As we mentioned before, we will only be giving the start dates not times for upcoming events. We made a couple of changes to the dates (in bold) in Wabbit's post above. If an event starts at midnight CET we will list the date that it would be at midnight. Hypothetically speaking, previously we would post Feb 7th @ 23:59 but now we would just post Feb 8th. Our lovely CM is checking into not having events start at midnight to avoid any further confusion on which day it means.

As you probably noticed, there was a problem with closing the Fuku event (Shinkei School), requiring you to relog to get out of it. This has now been fixed without the need for a downtime, so that the rankings did not reset. You may have to relog once more, in order to get the fix, but after that it should be ok.
EDIT: Fix failed lol ....... So this message should now say this fix is on it way, no need to contact support or do any reports about the error. Thankyou
