This may help to understand the log in procedure a little better

Edit: @dreamy farmer (US1) It just did the same thing to me when I tried to login. But I just kept refreshing the page until it worked.
Well I did it and kept clicking login and now im getting a message that my farm is blocked and to contact the support team, which I have already done...twice already.

In doing so, I entered my email address (as it required me to do), and then set me up with a completely new farm on the GB server.
I can no longer access my original farm, and so, have been awol for the past 5 days+.
Despite contacting tech support, I have heard nothing as yet.
This is extremely frustrating that, what should be a simple fix has not been actioned by now.
I'm beginning to think the help I will EVENTUALLY get will be "suck it up, buttercup. You're staying where you are."
My farm has been 3 years in the making, and I don't want to lose it now.
All things being equal, it should have recognized my email address, and prevented the creation of this second farm at all.
The lack of response by tech support has already cost me in the event I personally consider the most important for me, i.e., the fhwe.
How much longer do I have to wait before this is dealt with?
BUT, contacting tech support is one thing-getting them to do anything is impossible. I've been waiting 5 days and nothing has been done.
In summary, always have on hand your username, password, and server name, so that you can access the forum, because the issues you encounter are most likely encountered by others and already sorted. Tech support seem to be fighting fires continually 2 weeks behind.
