At what time does the Fish HW start?

I can stress this enough, but most players do not read the forum.
    from the german forum:
    Hallo zusammen,

das Fisch-Fleißevent startet in der Nacht von Samstag (04.11.) auf Sonntag (05.11.) um Mitternacht.

    Liebe Grüße

    Bailey

It says the fish hard worker will start 00:00 hours in the night from saturday to sunday (CET)

The points for the server rankings will now be calculated differently to give smaller servers a more even chance. Instead of taking the top 100 players from each server, the scores will be calculated by considering the average of all players above lv 8. The more people you convince to join in and collect points, the better chance you have of winning!
I knew this could be the worst change in WWC but I did not think so much.

After a few days here it looks like this.

It makes sense to try to get as many points for the server and for thousands of inactive accounts to fall almost to the end of the ranking.

Better to let the GGS think and change because it is not fair WWC and after seeing such a ranking I immediately lost interest in the game.

sorry for the mistakes i use translator :).

    Regards,

    xPiotorux

    P.S.
To have proof of it, see for yourself. Three leagues :

    8-90

    91-250

    251+

A total of 4683 players participate in the WWC.

And how many of us are together with inactive accounts. The rest let the GGS itself calculate.

And that would be enough in this topic of honest WWC.

My numbers are not collecting properly on missions.  I have had problems getting Olegs counts as well today, well over the night time.  I am back to playing and I am not getting proper numbers for my pig collections.  I'm collecting 30 at a time here.

Hey @all I want to know did u guys get a lot of chum in ur contract after the upgrade :(

    Happy hour on Monday
Will the Champ Coins still be posted on Fridays?
    Wednesday for coins & trader.

    00:00am CET November 5th

We always ask for the start times of events & we post all these answers in the Mod Bulletin & Announcements as soon as we get the info. Since the start of BF, players have always been directed to the forum to get information about updates & events, it even says it on every Racing Farmer, so if, as you say "most players do not read the forum" that is their choice, all we can do is supply info, when we get it, to those of you that do come here. (There are some people who cannot sign in to the forums, but the announcements can still be read as a "guest")

The cats tree on gourmet is cleared away. New put down and there is no charm from the silo, mill etc.

@Maggiltilda (NL1)  Yes, unfortunately it would appear that the fix for the 670,000 cat trees did not work & now there are even more of them. :/  It is still being worked on.

for server price they calculate an average of all lvl9 and higher players. this was done to give smaller servers more change.

what do they do with players that are not online for long time? are they used in the average?

did they make a calculation of last WWC how the ranking between servers would have been if they had done this in WWC1? It could give strange effects in the ranking.

i asked this before start of the WWC and didnt see an answer....

But the answer was already clear i think....GGS didnt do there homework again on the numbers

a server with much inactieve players will have no chance with this format. maybe thats intended but i think an average for the active lvl50+ players would be more fair

i wouldnt even be surprised if some players made accounts on different servers play a little and then rest it so that the average will drop for that server. With using only lvl50+ scores that would have been much more difficult. Players are always smarter then the developers!

My theory about the result of the new ranking is as follows:
older servers with much more ppl dont have a chance => the players are even less active (when they realized it)
less active players = less gold used, less gold buyers, less money for bigfarm

If I am right, they will change the ranking in future again to motivate again the bigger numbers of players to become more active and use more gold

Of course they just could make the coins/trader situation worse to push us being more active...
but ... I think this would not work

It's been answered by a mod on the German forum, inactive accounts are not used to calculate the average.

    EDIT: here is te original:
    Hallo kts

ich hatte da nachgefragt, es werden nur aktive Spieler (Accounts) ab Level 8 gezählt.

    Liebe Grüße

i think other servers made much account on lvl 9 in us server...did a little so they would count in average and leave it then there

Hey @all I want to know did u guys get a lot of chum in ur contract after the upgrade :(
No, but I keep getting an overload of requests for oysters and clams.  This request is way more than I get pools to support.  Right now I am dealing with 5 lobster pools....I am up to my eyeballs in lobsters.  I know Oregon is noted for its wonderful Dungeness Crabs, but all these lobsters...sheeeesh! :o:p  I think I have enough to supply the world and eliminate starvation!  :oo:)
I cleard 3 contract and get 250+ chums  :'( after that only they need clams 352 why in the pool they are only 32  :|

What is the deal GGS?  Rewards have been removed from the Northern Lights rewards structure.  Why?  Event points were added, but they are no where near comparable in value.....

Oh, I did not get a survey....hmmm....will everyone eventually get one?
Surveys are staggered so that you get one every 5 weeks, on Friday.

Don't know if this question has been asked/answered but I couldn't find anything.  Does anyone know if the points you have already collected during the WWCC will move over with you to a coop if you change coops?  Also do the points collected after you have moved count or is it like the normal CC where players have to be in a coop BEFORE the event starts?

@paultje1975 (US1)  Inactive players do not count.

@gavinfarms (US1)  Do you have examples? Because the last time the WWC points were added as activity rewards, they were put in in addition to the existing rewards, not replacing any.

@bdreish (GB1) Not sure which points you mean, as its not a coop event, so there are only individual & server rankings. Or is your question something to do with the coop category?  Or maybe I just need more caffeine lol :)

Sorry @WascallyWabbit, my excuse for confusing you is that it was late when I asked the question and I didn't phrase it properly :)  It was the coop category that I was asking about, would the WWCC points earned be lost in the internet void or would they count toward the new coop total.  And would they also still count for the server score or be deducted - am confused by this part (it doesn't take much to confuse me lol). Think I am more confused than ever now lol.

Am going now to make myself a pint of extra strong black coffee, can I make you one too?  I will add a couple of biscuits  ;)

Why are the missions so unbalanced in levels of players.  I should not be paired up with some of the players on this screen shot.  I haven't got a chance in ever getting a decent placement here.

  • bdreish (GB1)bdreish (GB1) GB1 Posts: 1,341
@SuzyQ22(US1) -  one of my daughters has the same problem as you but she just plods along when there are much higher levels in the same missions.  They usually collect lots of crops and as long as you continue collecting yourself you will get some good points.  Sometimes coming in second or third gives you almost as many points as winning.  Good luck :)

Can we get some info on when the happy hour is going to start? (If possible)

Just any info will be much appreciated :)

@bdreish (GB1) mmmm biscuits.... Dark Choco Leibniz? :)

The points you collect are all for your own personal gain, in getting the activity rewards. The points in your coop category, come from missions, edge plants & productions in the village factories, so while you technically use your coops factories to get the points, the points are yours & there is no count for the actual coop. The only difference it would make leaving the coop, would be that you would have no factories  to get those points from. :(
  • can we get more naughty or nice with ghost rods ?

@WascallyWabbit -  how does homemade choc chip, rum and raisin cookies sound?  They are coated with dark chocolate :)

Thanks for your help, don't know what to do yet - think I will have to sleep on it.
