Pre-existing Land Cost Change?

One of my co-op members had (until today's land expansion) only one plot left on main farm to buy. They have stated that the price used to be about 46 million and it has now jumped to 88 million. A different co-op member said that she was working to buy her (previously) 4th to last plot and it used to be 60 million but is now 66 million. I still had 6 plots left and all of my costs have not changed, along with a few other members who state theirs have not changed.

I didn't see anything in the update about existing land costs changing, though I do recall they did that to us last time they added land, so I wonder if they did it again but only for the last few plots? Can anyone else confirm or deny this?

Also, it makes no sense to use that the person trying to buy their last plot says the old price was 46 million, which is less than the person trying to buy their 4th to last plot, which was 60 million. I tried to look online to find what the old prices were for each plot, but could only find the original plot costs from long ago, nothing that included the last expansion's costs. Can anybody help me out to confirm both what they were before and what they are now? I just want to help clear this up for them.

looks lie first person might be thinking of FF or just completely mis-remembering
second person looks like they were remembering the price from the 5th to the last plot

I had two plots left (before today's update) to buy on the MF, the price is 80 million 410K, which is the same as before the update. So it seems impossible for the last plot to have been priced at 46 million.

They have done that in the past -- raise prices on existing plots. I don't know if they did that this time, but they often have when they add more plots -- that next plot with a price tag of $60K will quietly jump to $80K when you're not looking. I quit worrying about it because they are going to do what they're going to do.
