Test Server

Hi !
I have a farm in test server. Few months ago test server was closed. So I didn't play. I think test server come back again 1-2 weeks ago or more. When I write nickname and password, it don't accept my nickname. I am sure my nickname and password. I think my account has deleted. What can I do? Can I rescue my farm or Can I open new account?
Can you help me?

    Hey @christina (GB1) Your account may have been deleted due to inactivity. You can create a new account to play on the test server if you like. Please keep in mind there is nothing new to test & any bugs or issues encountered over there will not be fixed at this time.

    support wont help on the test server, so your best bet is to make a new farm.
