Play the waiting game ........GGS has to do something about this mess.
fish/bait market?
Why both. On a real market these things don't come together from the same shop/market are other store.
Make one stand for bait and a stand for fish.
I had upgraded 12 trawlers, most to levels 5 and 6, plus two upgraded skips. I spent my real money for those upgrades. GGS knew exactly how much farm cash I would earn from this feature and I spent my real money in good faith. They KNEW we would spent a bunch of gold for these upgrades. This was all a planned scam, folks. If you, like I who spent money on the feature don't believe that you have been had, well....
just wanted to share this with you GGS guys
I lost the desire to play after the " update " and did not do much playing after it
one of my high levels friends just told me she will not play much anymore because of it too
so keep up the good work guys !!
'well the sh*t has hit the fan, as expected'
'of course, don't worry, let them blow themselves out'
'i know, but it's more than we've seen before'
'doesnt matter, there's already a thread on getting the best from the fish market, some are already coming around'
'so you think it's a matter of days'
'give it a week or two and things will return to normal'
'so we just wait?'
'hell no, i want the numbers on our next project and gold projections'
These changes in the fishing area are permanent and will not change, this is the final decision!
As for the fish market, our balancing team is on vacation, so we will not be able to make any changes very soon, but we will try to rebalance the contracts from the fish market!
This whole fishing thing is a real shame. Not being able to see the fish at all is a real problem. I don't mind the game being a bit rebalanced, the amount you could make from the fish did make other parts of the game pointless, but I really don't like not being able to sell the fish at all.
I also like the organic market on main farms, I am not in a co-op so this is a way of me making bigger profits for my produce, but I don't like the fish market so far, Every single order that I have had I have been asked for specialist chum. This takes ages to make and means that I can send off an order about once a day if I don't use gold. I don't want or need to use gold to use the fish market, I don't need the dollars that much, so now I have a ton of boats, all merrily getting fish, and pretty much no use for them because fulfilling orders is dependent on chum production. And I can't sell my fish elsewhere, so why even bother to fish for them?
The new timings for boats have really made fishing duller too, and made it more difficult to fulfil orders. I sent my boats out last night, they are normally back mid-morning the following day, which suited my game play. This morning my boats are all still out, so there is nothing for me to do in the docks at all. Furthermore, most my orders want the oysters, clams and shrimp, in quite large numbers (it would need about 3-4 pools being cleared to do it). I haven't got any of those pools at the moment, and because the boats take so long to get back, no hope of one soon. So my fish market is completely grid locked, I won't be getting the fish it wants until late evening or maybe tomorrow. Fulfilling one market order a day means the fish market will take FOREVER to upgrade and become profitable enough to bother with. Given that at the moment the rewards are mainly measly game prizes and my market is on 0% profit mark up, with no hope of this improving at a reasonable pace, the fish have become pretty pointless.
A massive palaver, loads of unhappy players - all that needed to be done was to introduce it the way they wanted it to start with. Giving something and taking it away is a ridiculous way to develop a game. And if you must do it this way, just be more moderate - all that needed to change was the price of the fish and crew/equipment needed lowering. It was that simple.
I dont want fish market, and i dont want rebalancing orders on it.
They can take it and put it where the sun doesnt shine!
a bit cowardly to spin the old 'vacation' line
next it'll be a dodgy stomach
I was concerned about the changes, but look.... for 390 shrimp & 390 clam I get....
No Cash
2 Rakes
1 Brush.
How good is that???
form Wikipedia:
The Indian numbering system is used in India as well as in Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan. The terms lakh or lac (100,000 or 1,00,000 in the Indian system) and crore (10,000,000 or 1,00,00,000 in the Indian system)[1] are used in Indian English to express large numbers. For example, in India 150,000 rupees becomes 1.5 lakh rupees, written as ₹1,50,000 or INR 1,50,000, while 30,000,000 (thirty million) rupees becomes 3 crore rupees, written as ₹3,00,00,000 with commas at the thousand, lakh, and crore levels, and 1,000,000,000 (one billion) rupees (one hundred crore rupees or one arab ارب ) is written ₹1,00,00,00,000.
This was invented many, many centuries ago ... but not by GGS
"experience".
muggle1 said it: "all that needed to change was the price of the fish and crew/equipment needed lowering. It was that simple."
I agree.
One of my boats just got back. And guess what pool replaced it? No cheating by looking at my docks.
Herring and Tuna. Bet nobody guessed it.
Fishing equipment/crew we WON in events can't even be sold, just deleted. Players not being credited the 10 fuku coins anymore when event arrives, the drop rates of those same coins now virtually non-existent. These changes were not even announced and i'm sure someone will come out and say its a display error/bug or just lie and say nothing has been changed. After all this time still no gold lock and popup windows still conveniently appearing as you collect produce making it highly likely to accidentally spend gold. Nearly everything brought into this game lately is there to scam us out of our gold/money....its all one big lie, GGS business ethic is smellier than the fish that will now sit around unused in my dockyard.
I think the question should be what is the storage capacity on rakes and brushes and are surpluses sold. I don't want to lose any, I need to build another storage barn.
