1. Why can't they simply pile up ALL the icons across the top of the screen into ONE. WIth a drop down list anyone can visit when they want to and not have this covering up part of the playing area?
IN fact, all the junk that blasts up in my face right after I log in could also go into ONE spot. Let ME open it when I'm ready. Right now graphics aren't even loaded and I'm just clicking the X button to get the garbage off my screen. Kinda pointless to have it isn't it?
Could do the same with this big international event thing. STOP blasting prize after prize I didn't even do anything to win in the way of the game. ONE little icon, out of the way, kinda like your inventory box. Or hey, just pile them up IN the inventory box just like the prizes you might win off the wheel. Let ME look when I'm ready. Not stop playing to click the thing out of the way.
All the above would sure clear up some space and might even let the game run smoother.
2. LOSE the stupid clock. It's done nothing but confuse people. Hoovering over any given thing and having a "this starts in XXX hours" would be fine. Kinda like the ship. Shows when it's coming back and so forth.
Who cares what time the server is on? We all can figure it out.
3. Lag… yea well,
greed = too much stuff = lag
I fear this will only get worse.
Already today I had to quit and reboot right in the middle of a corn mission. Lost minutes there.
Forum didn't want to load either. (And sometimes it can't recognize me at all. Making contacting a mod impossible. Which was supports answer to forum log in issues, contact a mod. WHICH YOU HAVE TO BE LOGGED IN TO DO!)
4. IN GAME INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!
Been asking for this forever. It could be so simple. Crazybigfarm has already put together tons of really long, detailed pages. Why can't the " i " by any given thing, pull up a window, with a link to the specific page that opens in a new window.
It would not take game resources to do that. Sure beats hunting and fishing through forum threads.
GG wants money right? TONS of so called "prizes" now I don't know what they are or what they do so why would I want them at all? Stuff I don't understand how to work? I tend to just ignore it, NOT spend on it.
(Then again, until such time as they grow a brain and actually put on some kind of gold lock I won't be spending no matter what prizes they have. I spent on Galaxy, they killed that game off, and I haven't really missed it. So if they can't make my money safe? I'm not putting any on here.)
Some have, as I did, confused Cooperative League with Coop Champ.....Cooperative league is actually village league.
If member joins coop after Village League has started their harvest will NOT count....only problem is...if another challenge is started their harvests will not count in that League challenge as well even though they were a member at the start of the second League challenge. BUG BUG BUG...yet not fixed but reported
GGS needs to use the same language with update as it does in game...I see everyone misunderstood Cooperative League to be Coop champ. Do U test ur changes or just make them? Why change of language?
BTW, love your work... checked out your site and it is beautiful
For example the Architect was needed previously on levels 6 & 7 on the fancy house, now it seems the Architect is needed for level 7 & 8 only and not level 6. This seems to disadvantage existing players who will be required to use the Architect for a 3rd time. Now the cost of the building will be the same for both old and new players but as the Architect shows up only briefly I will be required skip with gold for a 3rd time.
Why not make the Architect a requirement for level 6, 7 & 8 to make the conditions the same for everyone?
They now go up to level 8.
It gives +10 workers an only -30 unhappyniess over the (old) Level 7 Fancy House at an additional cost of 29,000 gold.
Only buildings the following buildings got a new level: "New building levels for: fertile field; spacious barn; fancy house; friendship meadow; the grand farm house & all 3 nurseries."
GGS are a business, I get that, they have costs to cover, but as they "evolve" the game (shift the goal posts) it kind of locks in players to do they upgrade. Example If I joined BigFarm tomorrow I would know that a Fancy house has 8 levels and I could choose to commit to buying or not, but I've made a commitment under the old rules. I have 12 fancy house over 3 farms, to upgrade that's 29,000 gold per house or 348,000. That's roughly $348AUD I would need to spend. This is after only a game after all, there is no return on investment for the money I spend.
GGS pricing has always been expensive, but I feel more so now than when I started playing. When GGS went from 25 to 36 lots of land, I ploughed in my fertile farms as I had plenty of room for normal fields, now I understand this is a different situation, gold houses and fields are being offered more capacity, but maybe its something that I don't need.
