Logging out does not help. Cleaning cache has not helped.
What else can I do to resolve this?

You will get a message like this:
Just click "Yes" and then choose how much of the feed in your storage you would like to sell (make sure it's enough so that you barn has space to accommodate the amount you are trying to harvest).
I thought it was a technical issue.
#2 I can't collect from my fields. Lost my missions because I can't collect.
#3 My fields gray out when I try to collect. For my corn, after it grayed out, it came back about 10 minutes later and let me collect.
I'm not spending any more money on this and I also cant collect bc some crap "played a trick on me". Not funny when nothing works. Not funny when stuff works either. I can't do anything. Fix it. I work 12 hours a day I come home I don't need all this aggravation.

IT WOULD BE NICE IF BUG FARM TREATED ALL THE CV CROPS & GOODIES THE WAY THEY TREAT FEED! If you have one space left in storage, you can start a batch & collect it!
I hope this gets fixed for you soon.
I cant use my windmill, i made some horse pellets and now i cant play if i click on the windmill.
If i go to one of the other farms and back i can use my headfarm as long as i dont clock on the windmill.
Please if you can help me sort this out.

Same thing seems to happen on the NL1 server: more and more Dutch players are complaining about a 'frozen' windmill (button greyed out) on their Main farm...
Players cleared caches, reset modems, logged in/out but nothing seems to help!

I went to some of the other farms and when i came back as long as i didnt click on the windmill i could play some.

Stuck Windmill - Some of you are having problems harvesting your windmill when producing pellets that were started before the update. The problem is caused because the windmill usually checks storage when you start it & not when you harvest, so it is not giving the correct message - If you go to the last tab in your farm management (cooperative tab) & sell pellets, your windmill should then be ok.
It's four days now, and you don't reply to my requests for help.
The barn freezes everything on the main farm.
Hoping you stalk the forum and see this.
It would be easier to offer help if you could explain your problem clearly ?
Since the barn itself cannot be harvested, I'm going to assume you mean that you are trying to harvest something else and it won't harvest and cause the other facilities you are trying to harvest to become somewhat transparent ?
If this is indeed your problem then the solution is to sell off the product that you have in excess so that there is space in your barn for the new harvest.
If it is specifically your Mill that is causing the problem when you try to harvest it, and if that is because you have horse pellets in it, have a look at this post for more information:

Aahh, good news then ... I'm glad you could get it sorted.
A short explanation in case you have a problem in the future, which might provide a faster response.
You must have sent a ticket to Support, am I right?
The forum and support are 2 different entities and Support does not read this forum at all. The forum is handled by moderators, helpful players and the odd over-worked developer/game designer.
In the case of a very common (meaning that a great many players were experiencing it) bug, you will most certainly find helpful information on the forum. Our players are very much on the ball when it comes to giving suggestions for solving problems or finding workarounds or figuring out how things work
If you open "Discussions" at the top of the page and quickly scan through at least the 1st page, that should be enough to pick up on the hot topics of the moment -- so no need to spend a lot of time reading the entire forum.
Additionally, Support is routinely completely flooded with tickets about a great many different things. Now say about 1500 of those are players asking help with being unable to harvest their Mill -- you can imagine that they will not be able to reply very soon (if at all) to 1500 tickets, explaining how the players need to go about fixing their Mill.
And there the forum steps in and fills the void by providing the necessary information to players quickly, so that they can get back to the important business of farming.
I've been playing Big Farm for close on 3 years now and have only sent in 3 tickets during that time (one was for changing an e-mail address) ... that is how helpful the forum has been to me
I hope that you will come to find it equally so.
