    Can you be a little more clear? Do you get the warning trying to log in ? Have you checked to be sure you lot into the correct server?
    Have you tried clearing your browser history, restarting your computer or internet connection?

    Try a different browser, like google chrome & use their incognito mode to got to  https://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/
    Check the bottom of log in page for the flag be sure it your country (USA) then check to the right & check the server US1 in your case.
    Then log in through the little box top right
  • I have tried a different browser I have tried everything when I try to login I get a pop up that says... Your farm has been blocked. Please contact the support team

    @Senz (US1) I was going to ask if the rest of that message says to contact support, but I see from your 2nd post that it does & that is what you need to do.

    The support is not that quick. It needs a couple of days to get an answer, sometimes even longer.

    We are clueless also as we have never figured out why she can;t get back in. We are just waiting for the Sheriff position to change now. Thanks for your help.

  • Before I start... Yes, I've f5'd. Yes, I've cleared both history and flash caches. 

    My coop team mates have also verified that they do not see my farms either "your farms are literally forests". 

    I was offline for a few minutes, came back, and my flower and gourmet farms no longer exist. Nothing exists. They are gone, with all happiness, workers, and buildings zeroed out. The cabin is gone even. I have not lost any inventory, I have not lost cash or gold, that i notice. My decorations are visible (4 of them on each farm) via the landscape architect. I can open the upgrade/dismantle button and see items in my "local inventory" though the "on the farm" is empty. 

    This is a big deal as far as time spent, money spent, and the fact that we are in the middle of the CC! 

    I have reported this to technical support, but I'd like to know that I'm not alone. Thank you. 

  • 0_____0 they just reappeared.... I have no idea what just fixed it or why, it must have been on the game's side because nothing changed on my side... but YAY!!! 
  • i'm trying to log in to me Farm but it goes right past the login page and started a brand new farm.

  • I did log into the wrong server, but it won't give me a log in screen, goes right by it and still logs into a new farm

    Log out, then reload the page. Should take you to the login screen
    If not, clear your Flash cache.

    About one week ago, my 60+ level farm just up and disappeared to a brand new farm.  I was able to get it back twice for a few minutes by logging in via my email rather than my Farm Name/login.  I couldn't even contact customer support until I went through the motions of the new L1 farm showing me how to play the basic of the game.

    I am travelling and not in the US at this time, but again, I was able to get back my farm twice for a couple minutes but now it's been almost a week since I was able to do that.  

    GoodGame has yet to respond to my (now) three communications.  I had gold, XP points, was working my Candy Farm, and a host of other activities. 

    My poor dogs are starving as it's been a week since I've seen my farm(s)... moreover, I have invested time and money (for gold) into my farm and I want it all back or a complete refund of all monies I've used to buy gold since Day 1!  And I don't mean Day 1 of the L1 farm I'm stuck with now.

    Any idea as to what happened?  Most of all, how to fix it?

    I see a level 64 farm with your username on US1, but you're apparently currently logged in on INT1 (International 1) while writing this message.

    Get to the Login screen and insure that the server selection at the bottom shows the US flag, and the server name United States: 1.



    If it doesn't, change it to that and log in and you should see your level 64 farm again.

    Really appreciate that!  No clue how the server changed over to International.  Back on the farm but so bummed I missed so many days for so many reasons.  My poor candy farm went to waste.  :-(

    Then I did get tech help and I managed to get my farms back, but this morning the same thing happened and now I can't get back.
    I sure as hell don't want to be starting from level 1 again, I've invested to much time and energy.
    Any help to get this back and save it properly would be greatly appreciated.

    Double check to be sure you are logging into the right server.
    Go to https://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/
    Check the bottom of the screen for the flag be sure it is of your country
    Then log in through the little box top right

    @koss (INT1) You have a level 67 farm on the US1 server. Logout of your new farm (on International 1), using the logout button & get yourself back to the login screen. Set the server at the the bottom of the screen to "United States 1" & then login.:)

    There is a link on the top right login that syas "Forgot Password?"  Click on that and the password will be mailed to you,  your login should be either your user name or email address.

    You should also be able to contact support as long as you still have access to your original email account or the last 5 transactions amounts if you bought gold.

    Just logout
    Then after u logout u will be taken back to login page . There just take out save password button and type in your original username and password
  • i have purchased 5 rustic dog houses an 1 rustic house.  can't find in any inventory or dropbox...  SO WHERE ARE THESE ITEMS I'VE WORKED HARD AND DID NOT RECEIVE????

    You bought appearances for the buildings you have. You need to go to the appearance dialog to set them up. Check the following how to guide:

         When I tried to log in to my farm the other day it logged me into a different server or something.  Now whenever I try to log in I get a brand new farm not my farm that is over one year old.  I've spent over $100 on that farm, I want it back.  Matt from 'tech support' tried to help but it was of no use.  How do I get my money back to re-spend on the new farm or how do I get my old farm back.  Could you be a little more helpful please, Matt.

    I am so sorry to hear you lost your farm @Moikle (GB1).  One years work is nothing that you want to just through out!

    I cannot do this for you because I'm not on your server, but perhaps someone from the GB1 server could do this for you. We will need the correct spelling for your user name, so we can see if your farm is still out there.

    Someone from the GB1 server can do this for you and it will only take a few seconds...
    First visit another players farm
    while on that farm type Moikle in the "Find a player" window. (lower left side)
    then click on the search icon

    If Moikle's farm is still out there you will be taken to his farm.
    Once you here back from someone try logging back on again, make sure you are on correct server and use the correct password. I know this works because it worked for my daughter.

    @Moikle (GB1)   I'm not sure if you're getting the new login or the old but here is how you make sure you're logging onto the right server and your original farm. :)

  • Hey @Moikle (GB1) I can see that you have a level 12 farm on the International server, level 2 on the UK server & level 92 on the US server. Click the logout button at the top of the screen, make sure United States1 is selected at the bottom of the login screen then you can log into the correct account. :)
  • When the game generates a new password it won't let me use it to get into my farm. What can be done about this problem?
