decor tower glitch

I just noticed this today in my decor tower I have this cow on my farm but in my tower it is faded out for some reason..can you look into it plz..thanks.

    There are 2 different "Big Farm on Ice" decos that look identical from the outside.  One on the 30th floor, the other on the 31st floor. If you didn't unlock the one on the 30th floor, the one on the 31st floor is probably unlocked (or vice-versa).  You have to actually look at the happiness values to determine if the correct one unlocked.

    ok I just checked and both r unlocked one is in full color on floor 30 the one on the 31st floor is the one that seems glitched

    @Southern (US1) is correct, they are 2 different decos. 1 with regular happiness only & the other 1 with both types of happiness, RH & VH (Village Happiness) so you would need 1 of each deco built on a farm in order to unlock them in the tower. I have both and the 1 on the 30th floor has both types of happiness, the 1 on the 31st floor only has regular happiness.
