So.............I want to clear of some of the misinformation that is out there. I think several rumors have gotten exaggerated along the way. I am the leader of the Victory Ridge Coop on the US server.
A player applied to us earlier this week. I was not familiar with this player. Therefore, I asked several questions (as I often do). I got only partial answers that mostly made no sense (putting it mildly). I asked a few more questions, and got no answers to these at all. The other players with whom I conferred, all had the same feeling of concern; therefore, he/she was denied admittance based solely on that interaction (and will be denied going forward.....regardless of how often they apply).
I did discuss this with several other coop leaders on the US server, to whose coops he had also applied. This is not an unusual step. Coop leaders often confer on particular players of concern. Somewhere along the way, the idea emerged that this player might be a hacker and in some way related to the hacking that happened to a different coop. I do not have any reason to believe that this true or untrue. He/she was simply denied entry to our coop, because questions were asked, and I received very few answers, and we felt that this player was not ready for our coop at this time.
Our coop, Victory Ridge, was not hacked. My personal account has not been hacked. My paypal account has not been hacked. This player has sent me "threatening" messages, claiming that he/she will create suspicion and doubt about me and convince people that I am a hacker. This is all totally absurd. I have not disclosed the player name here. I will ask GGS if they want to know it. But I will not indulge that player, by putting the name here. Again, this player was denied entry because their unwillingness to answer a few simple questions, created an unease among those members that I conferred with. There was no other reason whatsoever at that time.
Farm On!
Also thank you for passing along info to other coop leaders of your concerns.
I am a small coop leader and any info passed along that helps us out is more than welcome.
Again thank you for the clearing up the info that either I misunderstood or was not completely correct when I got it. Sop glad your paypal was not tampered with or your coop gold.
Last year, they were coming every 3 or 4 hours, then that changed in the last 2 or 3 days to roughly hourly
@Kamilcom (GB1) The fireworks were random last year, but there were some posts on Facebook announcing when they were coming & we have asked if the same can be done this year on FB & Twitter, so that they show up on the Twitter feed on the forum, but we have not yet heard back about it.
Wow 1million farm dollars for a single spin? It wasnt this expensive last year, Im sure?
It is clear that the number of chips required for each zodiac sign is more skewed than last year
Last year, the number of chips needed for goat was about the average. Rat and tiger only needed 70% as many chips as goat, but dog needed twice as many chips as goat, and pig needed three times as many.
My zodiac sign totals so far this year are:
Rat 28%
Ox 22%
Horse 20%
Goat 18%
Monkey 17%
Rooster 12%
Dog 7%
Pig 4%
Tiger, Rabbit 3%
Dragon, Snake 2%
Comparing that to last year:
Rat, ox, horse, and goat are easier;
Monkey, dog, and pig are the same;
Rooster is harder;
Tiger, rabbit, dragon, and snake are a LOT harder.
The gold spins are still the same price as last year, but more of the zodiac signs will need to be boosted
Sucks for those that wanted the Pagoda though.
So it's pretty safe to say (at least IMO) that we can ignore the "Time Until Next Challenge" timer.
I'll of course know for sure tomorrow at Midnight CET (6pm EST), but that's what I expect.
Why GGS can't "fix" US1 to mirror the CET timezone is still a mystery to me. For this bug to exist for over a year is just incomprehensible.
has good information on qualities etc
If we complete 1 sign then if we collect zodiaac sign then there is possibilty to get the completed one sign ?
Fireworks booster needs to be announced with some sort of alarm. The run time is quite measly and it would be easy to miss out if not staring at the screen the entire time.
The amount for spinning the wheel differs per xxx many of levels. I have level 194 and a spin costs me
$ 1 million; one member is level 115 and a spin costs her $ 400.000, and another member has level 65 and a spin costs him $ 100.000.
Thanks @Bufo (AU1) and @WascallyWabbit for refreshing my memory.
Did somebody mention last year that they were hunting for fireworks on their mobile device and then ran to computer to harvest as soon as it arriwed? Might help some this year also.
THE DAY IS TOO SHORT TO ME OR WHAT...
Once a zodiac sign reaches 100%, the chips will still keep dropping for that sign, but they will be counted towards bonus happiness.
The maximum bonus happiness is 30, and will be added to the decoration ONLY if you successfully complete ALL 12 zodiac signs
Well, I'm really really pleased to see this little sign of GGS finally listening to players on things that matter. I have to say wholeharted "well done" for this bit.
Btw: we need 6,7 % completion for a sign daily (24 hours) to make it to 100 % on the last day. You can check yourself against this value using time played to evaluate your chances on each sign and to possibly adjust strategy to serve your goals.
how do we collect 20 of each each day?
I am not getting the booster count right. I had Bulls x 7 needed to collect 81 . Am i right that each gave 3, do i do 7x3. I had collected 9 Bulls some for 6 and some for 3, I never made the 81. I did a re-spin. Can someone help with this? Thanks
Edited to combine 3 consecutive posts into one.
