There are 5 pools in the Hard Worker event, @EmaAndMe (US1)

    They are levels 8-15, 16-26, 27-40, 41-64, and 65-999.

The amount of produce needed to get the machine to the next level increases with the higher pools.

The rewards are similar, and awarded at the same points total. For example, in the level 65-999 pool, the prize for 350,000 points is 7000 horseshoes, but it is only 6000 horseshoes in the level 41-64 pool.

The level 65-999 pool has jasmine as one of the random produce. As it is grown on the flower farm, it is not found in the lower pools.
Similarly, dandelions and barley may be given in both the level 41-64 and level 65-999 pools. As they are grown on the gourmet farm, they are not found in the lower pools.

Has anybody noticed the "break point" of count down days for this silo event? What time did it change from 3 to 2 or 2 to 1 days? Wasn't around and missed that, but need that info to calculate my success chances and design strategy accordingly. Thanks.
  • Thanks for your notice Damaria3 US1Damaria3 (US1)!
Yes it seems customers voice is hard heard around here but even with this fact we must keep asking our rights as the game is running for us and will die if we leave it. Yes one leave, another one come... but that one will leave soon too when will see how things are going so if GGS really intend to keep this business long they must start hearing customers voice even in a small rate! They have only to gain by start giving us attention!
    Good point
Kamilcom (GB1)! I will be happy too if the 'Hard worker' event will have a counter in hours not in days! It's quiet embarrassing to be not able to count what chances you have till the end.

It's a 78 hour Hard Worker event on the AU server, @Kamilcom (GB1)

I don't know whether this event is synchronised across all servers, but I still have 27 hours to go

@Bufo (AU1)Thanks. I didn't realise it could be dispatched at different times on different servers, and it look like it is. So stll don't know. :)

@Jade Francisca (GB1) Of course they want to keep players ignorant and addicted. When staring into game screen 24/7 players lend themselves to mindless clicking and replacing strategy with money. :) No wonder some of us have such a low esteem of the management team behind BF as this aproach raises moral concerns. :)

So it looks like you were right. Just entered last 24 hours countdown. Strange time to finish event on Saturday early afternoon. Anyway, that means I'm out this time as I would have to average on speed 7.3 for the rest of the time, which is not gonna happen. :)

why  hwe is not coming nowadays, his last visit on 7th dec
is this any mistake by ggs to start snow event again instead of hwe ?
  • Where is HW event? :) It's been so long, we didnt see it.
  • I do not understand this event at all, what is with the timer? it goes up when you produce things and then goes down by 30mins straight away when you produce more, I do not get what I should be doing, any help?

    Thanks.
  • I kinda play it by ear.......depending on what he asks for to fill his boxes, I collect an amount to get the points meter to around 6 pts per sec and then slow down or stop collection of that item, .....usually at that point the timer will give you 3 to 6 hours or longer.......and I personally would rather score 6 pts per sec for 3 hours, than get it up to 7 to 9 pts per sec and lose 2 or 3 hours.......because, yeah, for reasons unknown the timer falls dramatically the more products you collect for George and his boxes.........????  I still haven't figured that out either, but you'll get the hang of it   B)

Productivity Levelis how many points per second you are making but it is also the rate at which your stuff is being packed. So when you go from level 1 to level 2 it's packing twice as fast and the stuff you have harvested will only last half as long. Just keep harvesting, the rewards are pretty good on this event.
  • garybaldy (GB1)garybaldy (GB1) GB1 Posts: 502
As Uncle John says, when u go up a speed, ur harvest will last less time , e.g. go from 4 per sec to 5, it will last 4/5 the time . However, once u go past 6 per sec, u will lose out on each step up

My hard worker event will not start. I have tried all the suggestions, Already lost 1 day.
  • Thanks for your help everyone, I now understand. :)
  • Actually one more question, is it better to stay on 6/7 per sec rather than go for more in that case?
  • aaabbb1 (INT1)aaabbb1 (INT1) INT1 Posts: 1,049
That depends on a situation. If you are online and have the next product ready, than you may wind the silo to a high speed. But if you are still waiting for the next silo harvest or if you would not be online for a longer period (night for example), then it is better to have silo on a lower but longer lasting gauge.

Did you open the task HW at the left side of your screen, Kimad? And then after that open the HW item on your parking and click the green "Let's start!" button (or something similar, as can only translate from Dutch), what George is saying.

I assume you've tried everything else (like refreshing or restarting, clearing all your caches, changing browser) already... Hope things will work soonest for you!

    @Rekan (US1)

It is impossible to accrue more than 10 points in a second in the Hard Worker event, as that is the maximum level of the packing plant.

However, I have noticed that outside of the top 50, the scores appear to jump around a lot, and players pop in and out of the list.  I haven't noticed that sort of game behavior in the top 50.

I suspect that keeping track of and displaying every score moment by moment below the top 50 would slow the display too much, and therefore the only really reliable scores on that page are the top 50 and your own score :(

I agree with Buffo. The points display is somewhat unreliable regarding the refreshment of data.

The data are not refreshed constantly, but probably have to do with person being online or ofline.
If someone is ofline, he can still get points from silos, but I do not think that data are refreshed until they get online again. So I supose that these are those jumps that you noticed.
  • I hope that will be true as you explained

the big farm wiki site indicated ranks 1-50 get gold mining license, isn't that true anymore? certainly is frustrating if not cause that means i wasted gold trying to get to 1st when all i needed was to play a regular game w/o spending gold to be 6th - 50th

You may want to change resources. wiki takes a while to get updated with the changes to the game. Try this one http://crazybigfarm.tk/

Does anybody know when the Hardworker event started this time and what is the likely time to start the last 24 hours countdown?

EDIT: Well, didn't have to wait long. :) Countdown started a few mins after I asked, as if it heard me. :):):)
