- Red circle with a number shows number of events at the market on each farm.
- White ex. mark with a number on main farm shows how many of above were not visited (nonsense)
- Green upward arrow shows that building upgrade has finished.
- Fruit basket shows if there is harvest ready at any farm.
- Stall shows if there are customers waiting at Organic market.
Also:- Shows the status of the boat. (top middle)
- Shows if any new deco in deco tower.(lbottom middle)
- Shows current island event with time remaining and number of tasks (currently Viking at bottom right)
- Gives access to village, placed below ranch (lefft side in the middle
I believe island above Viking farm (on the right) is Baha island placeholder and will open when the event is active.Likewise below Horse ranch and Village is another active spot as a place holder for Country Fair and Sweetie event, which will again unlock when the event is active.
With a bit of finetuning it would be an excellent tool for fast intuitive orientation about the game. Still good and usefull as it is despite some imperfections, but could be better..
Hi Andy on the world map it is showing how many days left and will show the hrs I guess when we get to that point. Look at world map on the event site.
First time this happened I ditched my original level 30 farm after realising the change was irreversable, and started brand new one. So disgusted I was. What now?!? Disgusted, yes. But shall I ditch my level 124 farm?
Update: Found the thread on this issue. But will leave this post here as a warning for others to avoid this trap if possible.
The way it used to work before update was actually the only Ex. mark flag which made complete sense.
Removing it is a bug, or a "developement"?
Maybe they have plans????
Andy since I never started the island thing, mine still has the task on the left and it shows almost 18 hours left.
Like I said in my other post, I understand that you are not the one who makes the decisions, but would you please pass on a request for some better communication? The current one-way street of feedback makes us feel like we're being ignored and taken advantage of, and people are becoming jaded enough that even bugs and honest mistakes are being viewed in the worst possible light.
Deeper investigation? What does that mean? I'm losing 200K to 400K per day because of this. I've been patient, but it's now wearing thin. My small farm is not progressing at the rate it used to and what I had strategized. I do not want to open the tropical island just to get seeds to fill this stupid ship. I just want those two crates closed since I did not deliberately choose to open the winter farm. Curiosity killed the cat. Well, it looks like it also killed my little farm
So I need to catch a butt load of bass. Does it count if I send him fishing? Or does this only count when I manually do it? Why sell bass bait if it seems we catch with or without it? Does sending him fishing for learning points help actually catch the darn things?
I get one, then snap snap snap… grrr. Out of something, never says what. Gotta go back to the flower farm to buy anything, kind of a pain right there. AND… the side bar showing what task is up also seems now to be moving around. Sometimes that's on the main farm and sometimes on the flower farm. Either make that visible everywhere, or pick one.
Gee I don't know what this winter farm is people are talking about. I HATE winter (when I play this game most of the time) so hope I never find it.
There is no need to go back to flower farm. When you want to start fishing, click on the tackle box (ring menu on Oleg), it shows which item(s) you need to purchase. Click on the shop and buy it. You can do this from any farm. Once you bought the missing item(s) you need to transfer (drag) it (them) to the tackle box
If / when no items are missing in your tackle box you can click on "go fishing" in that same dialogue window
The side bar tasks appears in main farm when you need to catch fish from the river (carps for example) and not from sea water
The line goes red when either you try to pull the fish up or when the fish pulls away from the bridge from where you are fishing, in either case you need to let go of your mouse button to decrease the tension. If you do so the line won't snap
If you have problem with the escaping fish, go for the small ones and ones near the surface. They are easier to catch. When you stay only with the big fishes and deep ones, just close the minigame window and open it again. Number o fishes will stay the same but their position and size will change.
-I have no idea if sending Oleg does the job, but I guess not.
-Bass baits are totaly useless for now, but I am guessing that they will become usefull once we reach level 15 and start using boats. Same holds for a bucket.
-Sending Oleg for learning points does means just the learning points. You do not get any fish.
-Side bar tasks moves form fam to farm depending on the type of fish it demands. As different kind of fish can be caught in a fresh water (gourment and main farm) and different in a sea wather (flower farm)
EDIT: It's probably too early to suggest improvements as fishing is still as bugged as hell and game makers are taking forewer to fix it. But it would be usefull to have Oleg returning from fishing trip signaled in "Harvest ready" menu, as for now he's not included. I guess it's not a bug, developers just overlooked that.
Can't confirm it without checking resource level before every customer just in case it is the bugged one, which i don't want to do. Has anybody checked? Thanks.
