  • I cleared everything and it still isn't working.
    I guess it just isn't meant to be haha.

    No do not give up Copy and Paste the information ie: copy of the email they sent you, contact support through the game and send them the info. You should get a reply in a bit, like a couple of days.

    when I put my info in and hit get gift it tells me it's the wrong e-mail but it's not can you help me plz

  • You can try contacting support, they should be able to give you an answer. This isn't a new problem, it's been ongoing since the start of the game, 3+ yrs now.

    Hi,

    I'm getting almost daily mails from you guys with nice bonuses, e.g. yesterday I received a mail with roseseeds. It tells me to collect within 10 days to receive the roseseeds. I click on the link, it opens another page and tells me I received the seeds and continues to the game, but no roseseeds in my inventory.

    This happens with all the bonuses from mails I receive. I suspect it has to do with my game getting lost after a few days and having to restart?

    I play on international and although it seems completely illogical and weird for a game (my opinion of course) maybe my first game was not on international (the game does link to the inernational game however)? If so I'm playing only there now, not wherever the other game was created (if it wasn't deleted, I can't even remember where). I'm on lvl 18 and in a fun coop, so I want to continue playing here and I would like to receive any bonuses on the international game (IF that is the issue). If not I would really like to know why I'm not getting any bonuses from emails.

  • @Anaelya (INT1)  You appear to have a level 16 farm on the US1 server, in the Lost People coop - How appropriate hehe  Try logging in there to see if thats the one getting the rewards.

    So that's where the old one was. I didn't know that this game actually makes it possible to create different games on different servers with the exact same emailadress.

    How do I change it so that the emails I get will not be for the game I'm not playing anymore (US server) but for the game I am in fact playing (INT server). Lost people was a coop I created myself (with no members) and I'm now in an active coop with other people, which is way more fun.

  • @Anaelya (INT1) The reason the inactive one is getting so many gifts, is because they try to tempt you back to your farm, so you are not really missing out on anything on your new farm. You can contact support & ask them to delete the one on US1, so that will at least stop you being spammed by that one & you will know any future email gifts are meant for your new farm. If you never bought any gold on your old farm, it will be deleted after 6 months of inactivity, but thats a long time to wait if its bugging you.

  • been trying for days now to get a password link sent to my email....everyday I have put my email address in the box and it say new password sent to email but never get the link....anyone else having issues like this even don't get the email for my free daily eather.
  • Did You checked Your spam or junk box? Maybe that's where it landed?

    I have never got mine  (one year and four months began) and still have the stupid coin picture contact support  they did nothing  I have bought a whole lot of gold dont care but really want those coins off my screen. It is funny that anytime someone messages me it finds its way into my email but not for the coin intro offer

    it says something about temporary email address - have no clue what it means ?

    Select the game & language at the top & then scroll down the page further to the section that says "Email Support form for Big Farm (EN)"

    @nata77 (US1) Did you get the auto-response email, saying that your report was received & telling you your ticket number? Check your spam/junk folder as they often go there.

  • I got an email from Goodgames with a voucher code. But when I click on the redeem voucher button all it does is open my farm. Where are you supposed to enter the code?

    Nata same for me and they just dont care I have never played anything that had the dismal support that this company has and it is a shame.

    @Milkmaid (US1)  If you go to your real farm on US1 (not test server farm) click on the blue button next to you gold display to get to the gold shop & down in the bottom left corner you will see a voucher button. Click that & enter the code & the gift will be credited to that farm.
  • I am receiving emails from the game giving me items, but when I click to claim the item, it says credit voucher failed. 
    Is this because the test server is down? If it is, why are we still getting emails for items we cannot redeem?

    i got mine. go to your live account and do it from there. that is what i did and it worked.

    I have heard of several people getting this voucher. I didn't received such voucher so I am wondering, is is for everybody or just few people?
