Lost gold

Last month I lost 500 gold from my total, couple of days later I gained 1500 and than it was gone again can I have my 500 gold back

  • You need to report this issue to support -- no one here can help you get your gold back.
  • I lost 2,000 gold somewhere in the past 24 hours.  It's very hard to collect gold, so I rarely spend it.  I only have 300 left :(

    Did you start the mine or rename a horse?  Have you tried clearing the cache? If that doesn't work you will need to contact support to so they can look at your account to see where your gold went.
  • I lost over 2000 gold back in March. I reported it to support and after a month I received a "canned answer" from support asking if I was still having problems with my issue. I responded that I was still missing my gold. That was the beginning of April....I'm still waiting for an answer and the return of my gold.

I responded that I was still missing my gold. That was the beginning of April....I'm still waiting for an answer and the return of my gold.
    I suggest you reply back to them through the confirmation email that they sent you saying that they got your request for support. Be sure to include a copy of all the emails they have sent you about this issue.Also you may want to send our CM Popeye the information as well ;)

    I had this happen back in January.  Almost my entire stash of 10,000.  Got the canned answer and a ticket.  Jumped through all the hoops and not one response.  Not one.  Wasn't due to my error, either.  A glitch.  I am a try-before-you-buy player.  Decided then and there not to purchase any gold.  It's very upsetting.

    @Faster Grandma (US1) I took a look in your account, and I can't find any trace of 2000 gold being spent. We track the use of currency very closely, so it would be in there. Are you sure that was the amount?
