Silo Problems

I seems to be the only person that have noticed a changed in the silo production or.. I'm simply going crazy because my tiny coop no one has mention problems and I have yet to see anyone talking about the silo on the forum so I'm left puzzled.

Until a few weeks ago, I had zero problem, I had tons of dung and I could never go to the bottom of my silo no matter what just like the composter which I am unable to ever see the bottom as it keeps growing and growing in total amount.

Then... BOOM!  Silo was empty, and now, each and every time I make fertilizer I hit rock bottom on my silo.  As it  is, I can barely keep up with the demand and I notice that every time I make fertilizer I empty the silo and don't really make all that much fertilizer for the amount of dung.  Right now, started a 8k production of 400 fertilizer which won't last all that long and again when I started the production I emptied my silo.

So I'm left wondering what's going on and if anyone has noticed any problems reguarding the silo versus dung quantity and fertilizer produced.

Could it be that you have recently added more orchards and that's when the problem started? You may need to add more animals to support your orchards.

I have noticed a decline in my dung amounts too, (but not even close to being bottomed-out). I assumed it was because when I make premium fertilizer in the farm laboratory, that uses your regular fertilizer and more dung..
  • The only changes I made is that I added almond orchards, but to see if they were responsible I stopped using all of them and yet I still bottom out my silo on every production so I cannot say that is the problem.  I've added 3 more duck ponds and still zero change, no matter what I seem to make the entire production of dung in the silo no matter what the amount in the silo which amazingly begs to ask why would I ever upgrade the silo since it's making always the entire amount of dug that is inside.

I keep thinking they made a change but I seem to be the only one affected so... I must have caught mad farmer disease :D

Hey @Pooxy (US1) it does sound like you do have a glitch there. Gather up some information like when the problem started, date and time, what you did just before and after that may have caused the problem and send a report into support or contact our CM Popeye and send him a copy of the information. I do hope they can get this straightened out for you very soon ;)

I see you have some chicken coops and pigsties.  While these can produce a lot of dung, the amount is very sensitive to how much you play.

I have a lot of cow sheds, and I harvest them 3 times a day, and use the powerhouse each time to boost the dung they give.

I see that you have a level 1 workshop. If you boosted that a level or two, it would reduce the amount of dung the silo needs.

And it wouldn't hurt to have more animals on your gourmet farm.
