Silo Problems

Until a few weeks ago, I had zero problem, I had tons of dung and I could never go to the bottom of my silo no matter what just like the composter which I am unable to ever see the bottom as it keeps growing and growing in total amount.
Then... BOOM! Silo was empty, and now, each and every time I make fertilizer I hit rock bottom on my silo. As it is, I can barely keep up with the demand and I notice that every time I make fertilizer I empty the silo and don't really make all that much fertilizer for the amount of dung. Right now, started a 8k production of 400 fertilizer which won't last all that long and again when I started the production I emptied my silo.
So I'm left wondering what's going on and if anyone has noticed any problems reguarding the silo versus dung quantity and fertilizer produced.

I have a lot of cow sheds, and I harvest them 3 times a day, and use the powerhouse each time to boost the dung they give.
I see that you have a level 1 workshop. If you boosted that a level or two, it would reduce the amount of dung the silo needs.
And it wouldn't hurt to have more animals on your gourmet farm.
