Sounds as if 650 is the maximum capacity of your barn(s), so you will need to upgrade.

At that time - when having only that capacity in our barns, and the ship would ask for more - we would buy the rest of the needed pigs in our farm Management tab. Provided you have enough money available, you can always buy the produced goods (except for animal feed, humus, seeds or dung) from the main farm via that farm Mgt tab ...
(NOT the end products from Bakery on yr 2nd farm and NOT the end products from flower shop on yr 3rd farm, but the main farm products one can buy).

Increasing barn capacity by upgading the existing one, building another one and/or upgrading Farmhouse, as suggested by other posters, would be solution to your boat problem.
