While I like the free gold and stuff viewing the videos can give, it's a real pain when they don't work.

I've got one, right now, that only shows a blank page and it won't clear so I can't see my current build down in that window.

If they're not going to work all the time, can we cease and desist until they do?

    I get the same as the others with a blank screen and I have to exit out and start over. Now I can view the video but it doesn't allow me to select the prize.

    I tried to log on and off three times with no luck. It lets me watch the video but doesn't allow me to select the prize (gold or otherwise).

    When are videos going to be available for everyone? I still don't get them. Would certainly like the opportunity to earn some free gold or other goodies.

    Well, at least on my end here, videos changed today, and instead of being able to pick your prize, you get an automatic mystery box:   None of these prizes were credited, at least gold and cash wasn't, for sure, after watching the videos; and clearing my cache. 
    10 gold, cash,   3 times it was $5,000; did not get credited;  8 ?? certificates,   and some type of humus.

    Above post was earlier in the day.   Later today, 10 hours later, watched one video again, again, a mystery box, no choice to pick prize, it was 20 gold, and it was credited to my account.

    Watched another video, prize was $5,000 cash, and it was not credited.    Was going to watch another one, but movie screen box has disappeared......  anyone else out there have had the videos change where you now get an automatic mystery box prize....... and I guess it really is a mystery, because you don't know if you are going to get the prize or not...... lol !!!!

    Ok, the video change appears to be working a little better, got $9,000, and it credited the $5,000 from before as well, another one $4,000, and it was credited.     I do like it better though when you can pick your prize, cuz the gold is always better than cash.    I can't believe some are still not getting the videos.   I feel like a kid on Christmas, and somebody else didn't get a Christmas present under the tree.......

    New videos are working about as well as the old format did when you first stared it - badly. 1 worked 1 didn't
    Really did like the option to select the reward.

    Not sure what you mean by rings. Are you talking about the gear thingies? Those are decoration parts you can use to improve the decos on your farm with the Landscape Architect. If you hover your cursor over them in your Inventory under "Equipment", it tells you what it is. :)

    I understad you are tryin to find new ways of doing the advertisement videos for rewards. This isn't it. The players should have a choice of their rewards instead of it ein random. This s not fair to the ones who don't have the money to buy god and old is needed to progress in doi the events. I prefer the old videos rewards to the surprise box. It's really no beneft to watch the videos anymore.

    I agree with Blanz's comment.  The old system, although it didn't always function, at least let you pick what you wanted.  And let's be honest here... Those of us that did get the vids always chose gold... at least I did.  Now, WHEN vids actually work, you are given a surprise box with puny rewards in them.  I don't want that crap humus and 4 certificates or $3,000 game money!  I'm loaded!  What I want is gold and not just 10 or 15 like you are giving now.  You cut in half the rewards in gold we used to get.

    What pisses me off the most is that GGS uses us to play those vids so they can make money because don't get fooled... They are getting paid by the click!  Us players, we are just being used again as a mean for GGS to make even more money.  In return, what do they give us?  Crap!

    If you are going to make me pause my game to watch those vids that I've seen so many times that I'm nauseated by them now, at least, compensate me in a decent way.  Gold is costing you NOTHING as it is a FAKE currency and one cannot exchange it back into real cold hard cash. I know the reason why you guys have reduced the rewards so much.  It's quite simple:  If we give them to big rewards, our gold sales will go down.

    Your level of greed is expending at an alarming rate and you have crossed the fine line between being a business and landed to be indecent.

    Not sure I'll waste my time watching your vids for peanuts and make YOU earn some money in the same process with MY clicks.

    I do not like the rewards. I'd rather have gold than $3000 dollars or 6 drops of water. I don't need humus. The new rewards are not fun!

    Do not worry hahahaha  you are not getting gold anymore and who cares if the video works or not, we were only looking for the gold to buy the items that they continue to be less and less.
    Now they want your date of birth to watch their silly video.  ARe they going to show porno by any chance?

    the rings appear on the videos when they don't work  you get either that or sorry something went wrong with this video. as for the new way or the old I prefer the old as I cannot afford to put out money for gold and need it for that and extra horse shoes plus all the extras .I know you are experimenting with new things  but not everyone can buy gold for their farms.you should try to do more hunting games it makes the game more fun. in advance thank you susan

    I agree with the opinion that watching the ads is not worth it if you can't pick your own reward.  I went from getting an average of 100 extra gold a day to 15 gold.  My garage is done -- don't need certificates.  Horse is fully trained -- don't need horseshoes.  I have over 200 million dollars -- don't need cash prizes.  Gold -- that's what I need, that's what I want.

    Me too.  I've been playing for longer than others in my coop and I am one of the few that never got the videos.

    Good luck with that.  The gold is getting to be very hard to get when the videos work.

    Depending on the level of the farm, the videos are not really worth the time & aggravation when the best compensation is possibly 15 pieces of gold....& that is rarely given lately. I understand that GGS wants to balance the rewards but if they are not worth the time to watch the videos then nothing is gained by anyone....

    Seriously, what IS up with the videos??? Today is a whole new twist. Gives a message that if I use an ad-blocker, it has to be disabled to view. Having done that, videos still don't load.
    Haven't been able to watch in 3 days now. FIRST, I wasn't getting the option of viewing them at all. NOW, I have the option, and they don't/won't load. PLEASE, fix, or advise. Thanks !!

    Or rather than that, remove the videos until the kinds are worked out, but give each player the 5 gift boxes each day in the meantime.

    Today I got some new videos/ads to watch and to my surprise the "Mazda" ad has an inappropriate word written on a ladies hand :blush: about the 26 second mark.  These ads should be screen to be sure they are age appropriate.  ;)
    I know we have some very young people playing this game. No offence meant.
    Yes I did get my rewards for them, thank you.  :)
    But really take a look at what you are showing to your young members.

    the videos DO NOT WORK.  why are they still on.  if the big wigs tried to play one they would understand that they have stuck it to us again. these notes have been up here for a bit, if they read any of the stuff that we complain about you would think it MIGHT get fixed.  i have seen my last video from here.
