On a lighter note: how many timers do you use to play?

So many things going on at the same time, so I use timers to help me remember stuff.

The most I have used is 2 simultaneously:  phone and kitchen.  Wish I had an easy one to add to my computer, rofl.

Hey there adoptapet if you use windows as your operating system then you can set up a "Task Scheduler" this can work as a timer as well on your computer!!

Try online-stopwatch.com, there is a countdown timer I use :)

I use an installed utility called "Free Countdown Timer". Google it. Very flexible and customizable. I use it both as a scheduller for "important" dates like "return books to library" etc. and occasionally as gamer help. Although for games it works absolutely perfect. For BF I usually only set up boat timer, although with some tight event's, when I can allow myself to be bothered, I set as many timers as needed.

Ok I thought I was insane. I have used a single timer occasionally.

Nice to know I am in good company in the insanity department. LOL

Actually these timers help preserve our sanity, as I can completely ingore the game and focus on weightier things, and still not miss the boat for example. Or instead of loadng the game to see I just check the tmer which is much faster. It's just a way to make your life easier, provided you decided to complicate it with this bugger. :)

Yep, using 2 timers, kitchen and phone!  :) Like Kamilcom, I love to completely ignore the game, walk away from the keyboard to do other weightier things - It makes life easier and more calm! :+1:

Hi there.  I still use the Gold tourney timer :)

As stated above, its important to be able to step away, deal with kids, etc.  When I was doing the Island without gold, I used almost all the alarms on my smart phone at some point or another.  Well 6 or 7 at the worst point.  Its not odd, but I haven't used any for awhile... more freeing in some ways  :)

I don't use any timers.  I must be mad or just don't need them.
