I've been trying to get in to support for over 3 hours and earlier today too to report another problem with the movies--and the mushroom problem now too and I just get the screen below now???? I also have not been getting any answers to my support requests. I have tried using internet explorer and google chrome, logged in and out, cleared flash and browser flashes, rebooted computer, etc. about an hour or so ago, I could not even get on to the forum, just got the farm picture, then nothing more.
Regards,
Stan
I'm not too peeved. It will roll around again eventually. My annoyance comes from if an event rolls over at midnight on the server, then it needs to end at midnight on that server. It seems like a simple concept. So, I just hope someone looks into this along with every other bug. (There seems to be a lot of them.)

First thing this morning it's over???? WTH?
https://community.goodgamestudios.com/bigfarm/en/discussion/107802/update-sep-22nd-mushroom-search-discussion#latest
This morning all three were timed out. And asking for an INSANE amount of gold just to buy one more piece of decor I don't have room for. Not going to happen. But I like to win the things. Did spend nine days searching for the tiny things. Even paid gold on one farm because the mushroom was BEHIND one of my trees.
You guys really dropped the ball with this one. Again. Glitches and mistakes seem to be the norm here. It's amazing anyone actually pays for this.
That missing 13 hours is exactly what I have been saying all along. And that's just based on the discrepancy between the two event timers. That doesn't account for the extra shortage of time on the countdown timer from when the event actually started as opposed to when the countdown started. The event started with time already off the clock, which shorts us more than those 13 hours.
I also stayed up until 11pm (Central US) when the new mushrooms appeared and found them all giving me the full 100 and the deco.
I have a co-op member that was able to find the last hidden mushrooms this morning, but would have needed just a couple more hours to get the rest of the harvest drop recipe pages, thus if we hadn't been shorted the missing time she would have found them all and had the Cottage. It's sad all the time that she has put into the game the last couple years, and during this event, and because she had to work later one night she is cheated out of a special (possibly never to be offered again) decoration due to a timer error that GG has ignored after repeated pleas from their players. Even if they didn't want to take us at our word without investigating first, they could have at least given our multiple cries for help a temporary benefit-of-the-doubt and adjusted the timer a few hours...what would it have hurt them? Players would still have to do the work to find all required items, they wouldn't have given anything away for free.
I wonder if the US server is the only one that had the problem, or if others did as well. I have no way of knowing since I only have an account on the US server. I would have thought GG would want to keep the players on one of their largest servers a little happier by listening to them when they prove to them there is a problem with part of the game. We may not all be programmers, but it doesn't take a programmer to see this problem exists. They should realize by now that their programmers can (and do) make mistakes, and that a lot of us that play this game are equally or more intelligent than they are, including some programmers. One of my past co-op members is a surgeon who likes to play on his free time to relax...I wouldn't exactly consider him to be unintelligent because he likes playing a farm game. When we say there is a problem and back it up with evidence, including screen shots and proofed calculations, a priority should be given to the matter to resolve it, especially when it is time sensitive such as this one was. GG should be glad for us to help them debug the game, they may never find these problems if we don't point them out; don't ignore them because you have to admit you messed up.
I own a small manufacturing business. I am very diligent in making sure I am correct in my assessments before making my conclusions known to others. Even though this is just a game, when it comes to complaining about a bug or glitch I afford it the same level of respect as I would in my own business, as this is someone's business.
If I had a piece of equipment that was turning out a flaw in a product that I didn't know about, yes I would be embarrassed that a customer had to complain about my product, but I would also accept any constructive information they had that would allow me to find the problem and correct it so that I could replace the defective product. That's all we are trying to do here, correct a slight defect in one of the company's products. I'm not saying it will be easy to find and/or correct the problem, just that there is one and it does need to be fixed before it spreads further.
