What happened to my horse?

I had a horse named Princess and she was at a level 10. I upgraded my stall and she disappeared. How do I get her back and what happened. I was getting ready to get another horse to breed her. Please get my my horse back. I worked hard to get her to this level.

    Clear your internet cache and restart the game. If you still can not see your horse, contact support. I hope you didn't set it free by accident.
