Go to the coop ranking at the nl 1server and there you can see wich coops are looking for new members.
Send them a msg and maybe you are lucky that they invite you directly. It is also possible that they will see how you develop in 1 week, XP/Points collected and the difference between your level now and next week.
Take it easy and try to enjoy exploring this game on your own.
There is also in the forum the thread hulp voor nl spelers. Post a msg there and wait a few moments or hours.
