You probably have to have a friend who is at least level 5.
It only takes a literal 20 seconds to get to level 4.
If it says you have 0 friends something went wrong. Your friends show up as soon as they join with your link.
Tell her to do this:
1. Go to http://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/
2. Make sure the United States server is selected at the bottom of the screen.
3. Then click the link you sent her and register to play in the new window that pops up after she clicks the link.
After following those steps the bond will be formed. You will get a notice above the welcome center saying 1 new friend has arrived. The friendship task will be complete and you will get the reward.
Each flag has a couple server options, for example US flag has US1 and WWW1 servers (WWW is the international server) so it may be she ended up creating a farm on the international server. You can also tell from a person`s forum signature which server their farm is on (unless they made a custom sig already).
You can find out all about the servers here:https://bigfarmtips.wordpress.com/2013/07/04/what-is-a-server-and-how-can-i-find-mine/
A separate game world. A lot of players who don't go to the forum don't know what it is, I had an argument earlier this month with a player who claimed there was only one game world and that the servers were all the same and connected. He sure didn't know anything about it, but ended it saying he was a computer programer or something and would surely know a lot more than the rest of the forum or the Goodgame Employees themselves.
