How safe is BIG FARM with Adobe Flash player

Just wondering how safe Big Farm is with all the problems that Adobe Flash Player are having, I do not just mean security safe.. I mean if the plug is pulled on Adobe Flash player can Big Farm use a different "flash player" . I think Firefox has blocked Adobe Flash player by default, you may be able to use it, but it'll be your problem if anything goes wrong. I believe that YouTube has done the same ! And a few other very high profile companies are kicking Adobe into touch.

After yesterday's news that Facebook's new chief security officer wants...to kill Flash once and for all, the latest...Firefox browser now blocks Adobe's vulnerability-riddled software as standard. ""
I am not having a go at GGS, when Firefox, and Facebook stop using Flash Player ( at least until things are fixed) there must be a good reason.
Moderators: Please move this post to the proper forum, if necessary.

The end of the world is near R.I.P. Yorky farm , what will I do if i cannot play my farm and come here to annoy people, no more conspiracy theories, no more smacked wrists from nafaru... No comments or you'll get blocked for being rude.
I have been thinking about it too. If i have understood correct, Big Farm needs flash player......
i think a few people are missing the points I first made, Its not a matter of using a browser with flash player and it working, its the security risk of using flash player. I have heard a few players are unable to get back onto Big Farm once they have closed/opened the browser and try to re- join Big farm. I do not know if Big farm can be built on html5 as it is, or if it would need to be a whole new game ! I would say I hope it does not come to that, but Adobe Flash player has been going downhill for a few years, maybe it has reached the end of its life. Oh many people use the forum link through the game, so if they cannot get onto the game, they cannot post in here to tell us.
Actually Bikeboy, I uninstalled Adobe Flash and was able to get back into the Forum by way of goodgamestudio.com. However, http://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/?country=US will not open the game. Instead I am instructed to "Get Abode Flash Player", which I am not willing to do.
I'm sure this isn't the place to discuss this, but folks should be aware of this and the upcoming Windows 10. I hope GGS can give us an alternative flash-player.
Feel so stupid that there is security problems with adobe flash player, but i still have it just because of a game...
Think about that GGS, and please give us a solution to play after adobe flash player "is history"
Haha, hope you understand what i'm trying to say
You can manually override the block. At least Mozilla Firefox allows you you to re-activate Flash. But you're doing it at your own risk!
That's why I just have try take a google search for it, to see about there another information about it...
- and all I find was several years old!
So, until somebody can give me some fresh trusty (not from fb!) information about security problems with adobe flash player, I don't see any problem.
My advise is: Always have the newest flash player and always keep your antivirus software updated.
- My system gives me a message when a new flash player is aviable, and my anti-virus automaticly update itself every day.
(*) Facebook break the copyrightlaws by that way, they see facebook as owner of all information you put on your profile, also pictures!
- And without your approval facebook sell your information to 3'rd part companyes, e.g. advertising agencies.

I have hear about a woman who find out that her's fb profile photo is being used in a advertising for a dildo without her's accept!
Saying that, Adobe needs to fix flash more than just the security.
I just checked Adobe site & they say latest version has fixed the security vunerabilities, so I just updated from 18.0.0.203 to 18.0.0.209 ..... It does exactly the same lol ;( So whatever they fixed it hasn`t resolved my issue.
First of all, no, you will not be able to play Big Farm (or any other Flash-based game) without the Flash player.
Secondly, no, Big Farm will in fact not harm your PC.
Okay, now that these are out of the way: Mozilla, the developer of Firefox, did indeed add an automatic block function for everything Flash related, since Flash can be used for various hacks, if so intended. It's super easy for actual hackers or other pc-savy folk with bad intent, to add small files within a Flash software which can then, for example, spy on your pc or do other malware-y things.
This, however, has to be part of the Flash program you're using/downloading. And rest assured that Big Farm is not one of those programs. (We're talking mostly about really shady hack/crack sites or, ahem, the part of the internet you shouldn't visit until you're 18 years old
Alright, so how to play Big Farm? Well, for everyone who's not using Firefox, nothing changes.
If you however use Firefox and don't want to change browsers, there should be a Popup as soon as you visit a site using Flash, asking you if you want to execute said Flash program. Just allow Big Farm to be opened, and you should be good to go. If this won't happen, check your Firefox options, Plugin Manager:
Here you can set Flash to "Ask to Activate" instead of always blocked, which will hopefully enable you to reactivate it if you visit our site. For other sites, it will still not start automatically, so you're safe
And, as usual, don't just click on literally everything, and you should be fine. Don't download stuff you don't know anything about, don't allow every website to open files etc. Be sure your antivirus software is up to date and capable (You'll find a good, free one at www.avast.com), and use a Malware scanner every now and then, for example www.Malwarebytes.org
