I have been in a constant state of "excite" since the 9/20 update. My Flower Farm is completely inoperable. It is in move/turn form, can't load the ship, can't produce, can't feed the dog, can't make money, can't get a response from ANY Moderator or Corporate Official though I posted ALMOST EVERY DAY about the situation. I have lost over 3 million in revenue and IT STILL IS INOPERABLE!!! This is the Freedee5, Garden Rose Farm. Please respond within 2 hours. I am so fed up that I plan to demolish EVERY Farm and QUIT FOR GOOD! There is NO EXCUSE for your malfeasance.

Have you tried to put all your decos in storage then put all your production building in the layout the temp layout will not close until everything you bought minus the decos are in place then finish now you can go into add your deco or use the layout mode to fix your farm how you want it hope this helped you. Take a deep breath it will be ok

@FreeDee5 (US1) No offense intended, but do you actually look at the titles on the threads before you post on them? You say you posted almost every day about the situation with your flower farm, but you have so far posted about it on the threads for: login/connection issues, a poem about the ring menu, missing email gifts, "be calm & farm" thread & now here on a thread about how the forum works, none of which have anything to do with the problems you are having. You did post on the 21st on the correct thread but those posts were about your viking farm. You also mostly just say you can`t use your FF, what response do you expect apart from someone asking...what is wrong with you FF?

The correct thread is Flower Farm Issues & there is a post on there from a mod specifically asking if anyone still has problems with their FF since the bugfix on the 27th (your last post there was on 26th) So I would suggest that you post on that thread, saying "exactly" what is wrong with your FF, what error pop=ups you are getting if any & what happens when you try to place your buildings back on the farm from layout mode.

I hope that you get your FF working again soon

ON the bottom left of the forums I keep getting some notice
"you've asked questions that now have answers. Make sure you accept/reject the answers."

Ok, but when I click on that, only TWO posts come up. One I was in AGES AGO (since I have not been able to use the forums since the test server was running, last time I could log in) and it's marked answered already. Even though the answer was not what I asked.
The other is something about chipmunks I never posted or even posted IN.

Now I know I had other posts here before I got shut out with this log in issue. But nothing else is coming up.
So what is this dumb thing and how can I stop it from showing up. Clicked the X in the corner but it just keeps reappearing.

Guys, this forum needs work. FIX the log in issue and a better way for someone to LOCATE old posts, especially when they get merged, would be nice.

@Artmaker (GB1) You can see the threads you started by going to your profile & clicking on discussions under your profile pic. I found one here: horse breeding question that doesn't have any posts marked as answered. If you click yes or no on one of them, you should stop getting the pop about the questions.

I'm just saying there are other ways, they may not be as quick but they work. I have been a mostly free player for over 3 years now and have managed to buy a number of certain gold items just from what I earn through the game. No one is forcing you to spend real money on the game but your self.

I lost a lot of stuff from my wall,those were memories for me from my old friend who no longer play game,can i have it back?

No one else had my account password,and i also didn't remove them,I Don't know how they disappear,any help please?

when you get too many posts on a wall, the wall overflows and deletes the oldest post

I'm not sure what the limit of posts that you can have on a wall is...

Is anyone else having a problem tagging someone's username? Many times when I type the "@" symbol and a player's username, it won't tag it so it will send a notification to that player. Even the box that usually pops up underneath with the player's username and server on it won't appear.

@USAMA CHAUDHARY (INT1) The timing seems to coincide with the Vanilla update, I will see if I can find out on Monday if they changed anything that could have caused that.

@farmerjohn 22 (US1) I haven`t noticed any new changes to name-dropping. For a while now I have found that Chrome does not work well with names containing a space, but Firefox had no problem with them. Test on another browser to see if the issue you are having is occurring on them all.

I had problems tagging people before on IE so I switched to Chrome and most of the time it works for me. As Wabbit said, it doesn't always work well with names that have a space so I just type it in manually and it works.

Let's pretend that you're trying to tag me but you can't.

Type @ then " then jess_d (US1) then " again and it will tag me once you post. Don't put any space between @ & ". So all you would need to do is type @ followed by the name and server tag in quotation marks.

A lot of stuff has disappeared from my wall too. I don't know what the time frame is but it seems things get removed after a certain amount of time.

Sorry you lost posts from your friend.

Edit: Just realized you cannot make the @ symbol bold because if you do it will disappear from your post. It still shows up in edit mode though.

I am still having trouble logging into the forum. It take me 4 to 6 tries before it will let me in.
Also it would be nice to have sticky notes/posts/threads on the most popular topics, like the temp farms, the weekly events, special events and tips for beginners.

Same here. The system pretends not to know my account name and similar nonsense. To avoid this, I just don't log out and open forums usng saved link. Then this hassle only happens when I clear the cache or do something like that.

Another point: Could somebody have a look into standard conventions like "CTRL + Arrow" which are used everywhere to jump one word left or right. It doesn't work here and I can't see why. It's probably only a hassle for those used to computer typing as these "shortcuts" highly increase productivity of typing and text editing, but is quite irritating when I forget and jump to the start or end of the line instead and then have to work my way back to desired place either holding arrow or using mouse.

@Kamilcom (GB1) That appears to be one of many incompatibilities between Vanilla & Firefox, it works ok on other browsers. It may get fixed in one of their updates, but I don't think they are very high on their priority list. Sorry

@WascallyWabbit Oh cheers. Thanks for the info. At least I now know where the problem is.

Using Twitter feed to anounce start of events is a good idea. Not ideal, but definitelly an improvement. Still I would preffer something better integrated into the game or forums as I'm not Twiter and FB friendly.

Probably the easiest solution would be to include option "notify me about a new tweet" since there is no notification like that as far as I know and tweets need to be checked manualy all the time if one doesn't want to miss them.

Back to tweets again. I first thought that events would be anounced ahead of their start. Now this tweet came about the same time or after architect arrived. I found Steve before I noticed the tweet. It's about as usefull as telling a man standing in the rain. "Hey man! It's raining!"

I'm not sure if the problem is with my computer or in the forum, but when I logged onto the forum today, my avatar was not visible on my profile page and some of my badges as well. I tried clearing my browser cache, etc., but to no avail.

Here's a screenshot of a friend of mine's profile page which shows the same......

Hey @farmerjohn 22 (US1) that's an issue with Vanilla. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.

Vanilla's CDN provider is experiencing instability and this is resulting in some images and avatars failing to load. We are working on a solution for this.

I didn't want to start a new thread so I am tagging in to @farmerjohn 22 (US1) thread.

I was just going through my private messages and had some signature images that were made for me and some that I had pulled from the internet saved in my message.................and they are gone

. Over 2 pages of messages are gone as well between myself and a another player. Its like this Vanilla forum is messed up yet again. Which I am surprised that some of the posts/threads haven't disappeared.

Is there anyway I can get back my lost images and messages, please?

Now I need to go through all my messages now and keep an eye on them daily.............that's crazy. Vanilla is turning out to be a pain.

Please "tsitsi (INT1)" or anyone else DO NOT send in pics or anything to support about this. This is not a bug, it's an update. You now no longer can see the buildings in advance

When you reach the level to build them you will unlock them, and they shall appear.

You are level 46, therefore it does not show up in your build menu at the moment.

When you reach level 57 is will show up in your build menu and you will then be able to build it.

Please do not send a ticket to Support about this -- it is not a bug or a problem with the game.

@Prase2 (INT1) Test servers were shut down for now.

If clicking "Reconect" takes you to general log in page, switch to your live server and it should take you in.

If not, clear your cache and/or cookies to get rid of game data stored on your comp. Once it's clear, it will take you to general log in page where you can chose your server. Openning the game in differerent browser should do the trick also.

Architect is here, but no tweet on BF forums. If you can't even be reliable in tweeting the start of Architect arrival, then these tweets are absolutely useless. GG, have you ever heard the term RELIABILITY?
