    Can we please have the "Mark All Viewed" tab back, It is not very convenient to have to use the cogwheel menu instead. :'(

    @DuffyPoo222 (INT1) Top right on black bar .... Its an option on there but not as cconvenient as the tab was :)

    No need for that IMHO @Ruchi Sharma 86 (IN1) - You can always remove the contents of your post; that's what we do when the contents isn't relevant any longer (or maybe for a different reason).

    Only the CM's and/or Moderators can remove a post totally.

    Not sure where to post this.   I've stayed away from this game for awhile. When I have questions I come to the forums and when I could not even access them I sent support a ticket.   Then another.... got the usual "we fixes stuff if you still have an issue write back...."   And that takes weeks to show up.
    Still unable to get in so sent yet another ticket.    Finally just gave up.  I only checked in every week so not to be bumped from my coops,but not really playing.

    Well it seems clearly the forums work now.  (I never did get a reply directly to ANY ticket. Support is beyond USELESS.)

    But now...  top of the page "share your opinion about in game texts...."
    I was SO HOPING this would mean 
    1.  How much do we HATE all the blast in your face piles of crap that pops up as soon as we log in. Why not have ONE PLACE for announcements that WE CAN CHOOSE WHEN TO OPEN???? 
    OR...
    2.  How much we might love IN GAME instructions or links to instructions for any new event, thing, farm, what ever. Rather than sifting through these unorganized, difficult to find anything in forums.  Several new features seem to have started since I walked away.
    Not a clue what they were or anything.
    But no.  That note appears to be about languages.  WHY NOT JUST SAY THAT?


    Under that is red text with a link to change settings to "not hidden."   ALL THAT DOES IS RELOAD THE SAME PAGE IN A NEW WINDOW!    What the hell???? What setting, and why would anyone have it set to hidden anyway?
    What are you people talking about here??????????? 

    Know what?   I have not even asked a question about this silly game.  Just using these insane forums is enough to raise my blood pressure.    Not worth it.   Game is going off again.   Most of the players in my coops are in the red anyway.   Seems I'm not the only one disgusted with this.

    Only reason I'm posting is because I do believe you designers read posts.  See where confusion and frustration are and FIX THINGS.    So you have the ball.    I'm off for the beach.

    I am still have trouble trying to log into the forum. it requires 4 to 6 attempts before it will allow me in!!
    I know this has been or was a problem before, but it seems to have returned or was never fixed.
    It use to be pretty easy to get into the forum through the game it self. Well not so much for the last 2 or 3 weeks now.

    The same thing happens to me usually though.
    You should rather try logging in again and again or if it's login before than don't logout.

    The past two days Ive been accidentally hopping over to the german site again, as well as the us one (I thought us and en were being merged?).
      
    Also yesterday I got the 5-Answer badge, but weirdly got it awarded in romanian (had to google to figure out the language :D)

    Not only am I have to log in every time I want to come on to the forum and the game, it's not accepting my email and password.  Then when I get on to the forum it tells me I don't have permission.  So I have to log in again to the forum but it kicks me off the game.  I truly wish tech support could do something about the glitches.  It's getting a little annoying when it takes 5-10 minutes to get in either when time is limited.

    The problems encountered when trying to log on the forum have gone on for far too long. When can we expect for this problem to be corrected? It's more than just a mere annoyance, it prevents new players from accessing the forum to ask questions and interact with other players. Someone trying to log onto the forum for the first time and gets that "e-mail address and password not recognized" prompt will simply give up, unaware that it takes several tries to get through. I feel that the log on problem should be given a greater priority given this fact. :)

    Ih ave a problem logging into the game every I try to log in with my email address it tells me it is another player with my email I have lost 3 farms because of this please help so I can log in an get the rewards

    Be sure you are logging into the right server, in your case US1, check near the bottom of the log in screen ;)
    Also check the confirmation email you got when you first signed up if you still have it. You can log in from there.

    To add to what Data said above, make sure you're logging in using the box in the top right corner. The one in the middle of the screen is for creating a new account.

    Yikes! I was actually able to login to the forum directly from the game today. No premission problem or multiple sign-ons needed.  :)

    knock on wood, I do not have any issues logging into the forum from the game or otherwise! sorry it is such an issue for many :(

    This has been going on since early April (the post that was started is buried so I'm to lazy to dig deep to find it). It is getting more annoying by the day having to or attempting to login to the forum through the game or through GGS homepage by way of communities. I post or attempt to post things in our forum email for the coop since its larger and I don't have to copy & paste a dozen pages which is so much easier when you want to keep coop informed or just share any news. I have to tell my coop to keep trying many times, I'm sure they are sick of me saying/typing that. I am sure there are many things that are high priority within the game right now, but not having a way to get to the forum to report issues should be put on the top of the list.

    So can we please get some type of estimation as to when this will be fixed & how long it will take?

    I too am not able to logon to the forum on the first try. It usually requires three or more attempts to do so. On top of that, I have a farm on the test server and would like to report several (many) bugs, but cannot logon to the test server forum at all.

    I don't login using the forum button in the game anymore. I have the forum bookmarked on a different browser and it almost always keeps me logged in. Every once in a while, I get logged out & it takes 3 or 4 attempts to login again (or stay logged in). But anywho, once you get logged into the regular forum try opening the test forum in a new tab and it should keep you logged in there too.

    @meeeee2dalt (US1)  Get to the login screen on a regular browser window (not a private or incognito one) & you will find it here....

    I think it is "localization" problem.... actually 2 problems:
    1. suddenly the shareable link to inviting a friend looks weird

    why is there "de" in the link if I am playing on the international server only ?
    I wanted to send it to a friend, but when I saw "de", I first tested it myself and it indeed opened a registration page for the German server. My friend is not German and she doesn't speak German... besides I wanted her to join us here on the International server.
    2. Serious problems logging in to the forum - the "sign in" page that opens for me shows German as the country (I am not in Germany and never played being there) and the server also German1. So I change to international, type my e-mail address and password, get in the forum and can see my avatar next to Terry Farmer (INT1) ... but then again whatever I try to do (like check the 1 notification I can see I have), I either get "permission problem" and have to sigh in again  (and again change German to international), or it tells me to sign in to be able to do sth (like comment) ... and again changing German to international  :(
    After some 5 or 6 attempts I finally got the window where I can write a comment (before only "sign in to comment" again and again .. even just after I had signed in)...  now I only wonder if I wil be able to post the comment or if I get "you have to sign in" again  :/

    HELP!

    The forum login issues is continuing to happen for a lot of players and many of my coop as well. I know that CuddlyFoxes posted some tips https://community.goodgamestudios.com/bigfarm/en/discussion/133051/information-regarding-forum-login-issues#latest  here but it seems to not work for a lot of my members. This is getting very annoying as I have to then copy/paste several messages to send out in the message system in the game about updates/issues with the game and to keep my coop updated. I spend way to much time doing that when I can just send them the message about a new post or update and where to find it. I am very happy & grateful that we have the forum groups back cause I have been using it to send bigger communications out to the coop but very few are able to login to read them.

    I know top priority right now is the flower farm and deco issue from the last update.

    But we have had this issue for months and we have tried all sorts of work around's and tips that were suggested, and yet we still have to try many times to get it or not be able to login period. This will/has prevented players from coming to the forums and they get frustrated & tired of getting messages in the game to "go to forum there's a new update or I sent out an email for the coop check your email in the forum". I do hope that as soon as the flower farm issues are resolved that this issue will be next on the list to fix. Because not having access to the forum has gone on far to long. I have instructed my coop to go to the forum in the event there is an issue with getting into their game and send me an email there so that I can check on the forum if others are having an issue, but that's not possible for them and others if they can't get in the forum. This forum is used by coops for many reasons and not being able to use all aspects of it by everyone is not right. We shouldn't have to spend that much time and try to many times to get access to the forum.

    Can we please get some idea of how long and when we can get this issue resolved? I am sure there are many players & coops who would love to be able to use the forum again.

    Now I am off to find another way to send out today's update message in an off game chat so that I don't have to copy/paste 20 messages for the small email system in the game & to resend the tips again from CuddlyFoxes to the coop.
