Bought gold didn't get it

I just bought the $4.99 gold at 100% and should have received 9700 gold...DID NOT...my bank account shows two paypal purchases at $9.99 each....can we get this fixed ASAP...please...If you can just go ahead and put the two $9.99 purchases out of my bank already into gold at the 100% that will be okay with me.

    First try clearing your caches, if that does not make your gold appear, then you will need to contact support.

    I have done all this, GGS still says there is not charges to bank acct or paypal, when I clearly sent screen shots of what they asked for...I am not the only person this has happened to...I look at the forum frequently and I see where numerous people are charged and do not get their gold...I realize that $24.97 is chump change to GGS, but it is not to me. Still without gold...not pleased at all...this is the only game I play on the internet...

    from what I can see, you've been sent a couple of questions about your PayPal account and those transactions to confirm them.

    Please make sure to provide all required information, so we can check what went wrong and if something can be done from our end or if PayPal support needs to be contacted.
