Have you tried clearing your browser history, restarting your computer or internet connection?
Try a different browser, like google chrome & use their incognito mode to got to https://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/
Check the bottom of log in page for the flag be sure it your country (USA) then check to the right & check the server US1 in your case.
Then log in through the little box top right

My coop team mates have also verified that they do not see my farms either "your farms are literally forests".
I was offline for a few minutes, came back, and my flower and gourmet farms no longer exist. Nothing exists. They are gone, with all happiness, workers, and buildings zeroed out. The cabin is gone even. I have not lost any inventory, I have not lost cash or gold, that i notice. My decorations are visible (4 of them on each farm) via the landscape architect. I can open the upgrade/dismantle button and see items in my "local inventory" though the "on the farm" is empty.
This is a big deal as far as time spent, money spent, and the fact that we are in the middle of the CC!
I have reported this to technical support, but I'd like to know that I'm not alone. Thank you.

About one week ago, my 60+ level farm just up and disappeared to a brand new farm. I was able to get it back twice for a few minutes by logging in via my email rather than my Farm Name/login. I couldn't even contact customer support until I went through the motions of the new L1 farm showing me how to play the basic of the game.
I am travelling and not in the US at this time, but again, I was able to get back my farm twice for a couple minutes but now it's been almost a week since I was able to do that.
GoodGame has yet to respond to my (now) three communications. I had gold, XP points, was working my Candy Farm, and a host of other activities.
My poor dogs are starving as it's been a week since I've seen my farm(s)... moreover, I have invested time and money (for gold) into my farm and I want it all back or a complete refund of all monies I've used to buy gold since Day 1! And I don't mean Day 1 of the L1 farm I'm stuck with now.
Any idea as to what happened? Most of all, how to fix it?
Get to the Login screen and insure that the server selection at the bottom shows the US flag, and the server name United States: 1.
If it doesn't, change it to that and log in and you should see your level 64 farm again.
Really appreciate that! No clue how the server changed over to International. Back on the farm but so bummed I missed so many days for so many reasons. My poor candy farm went to waste. :-(

Then I did get tech help and I managed to get my farms back, but this morning the same thing happened and now I can't get back.
I sure as hell don't want to be starting from level 1 again, I've invested to much time and energy.
Any help to get this back and save it properly would be greatly appreciated.

I typed in the wrong name. now I am stuck. I cannot get back to my farm. I was on auto log in. can someone help me.
You should also be able to contact support as long as you still have access to your original email account or the last 5 transactions amounts if you bought gold.
Then after u logout u will be taken back to login page . There just take out save password button and type in your original username and password
You bought appearances for the buildings you have. You need to go to the appearance dialog to set them up. Check the following how to guide:

I cannot do this for you because I'm not on your server, but perhaps someone from the GB1 server could do this for you. We will need the correct spelling for your user name, so we can see if your farm is still out there.
Someone from the GB1 server can do this for you and it will only take a few seconds...
First visit another players farm
while on that farm type Moikle in the "Find a player" window. (lower left side)
then click on the search icon
If Moikle's farm is still out there you will be taken to his farm.
Once you here back from someone try logging back on again, make sure you are on correct server and use the correct password. I know this works because it worked for my daughter.

When the game generates a new password it won't let me use it to get into my farm. What can be done about this problem?
