It is impossible to get a horse breeding level 1, I ttied. I trained it once for each activity and for the minimum 20 horseshoes you get level 2 for each activity. Once you train the horse you skip right by a level 1 horse to a level 2 horse. I sold the darn thing and am ignoring the task it is ridiculous.

It could be that you've mistaken breeding value with breeding quality, MrsSGBrownUser.

The breeding value is what you get from the amount of training points your horse have, it's displayed in the little heart on your horse's portrait.

The breeding quality is something you have a chance of getting when you breed two horses and get a new, better foal. And it's shown as a small mark on the left side of your horse's portrait. It's also happens to be random.

I do know there are tasks to get a breeding quality 1 horse and then to get 2(?) breeding quality 2 horse(s). No tasks asks for a breeding value 1 horse as far as I remember.

MrsSGBrownUser, it's not impossible to get a horse breeding value 1, you just need a little more patience. :)
    - like Mina0o, I think you've mistaken breeding value with breeding quality. :)

In a moment I'll try teach you how to get a horse with the breeding value 1.... But first there is a very important thing you may know:
As older a horse are (the more you train the same horse), the more expensive in horseshoe it be to train that horse to the next level.
Try have a look here the training strategy I use:
First I'll show you a brand new level 19 trained horse I have buy on the horse market. ( with all horses, what ever they are buy as level 0 horses, or it's horses you have breeded, you can use exacly the same strategy):

This first picture show the horse in the training window before I have doing anything:
    Attachment not found.

Now I draw the slider all the way to right to see how many level's I maximum could get buy give the horse full training in one training round:
    Attachment not found.
Aahhh from 19 to 29, that's nice. :) - this horse is worth to train up to at least level 29, maybe higher. :)

Now I draw the slider back until it still is in the blue area (cost 1,980 horseshoes)
    Attachment not found.
If now have the 1980 horseshoes, I now would hit the start button. :)

Now I'll show you another horse, my old level 72 Sundance:
    Attachment not found.
As you see, I again have draw the slider all the way to right...
Eeevv... it's not even would bring that horse the ½ way to the next level :( - it's much to expensive to give that horse more training, it's time to breed that horse with another horse, so now I'm working on train and breeding up another to level 72, and when I a day out in the future have 2 level 72 horses, I'll breed them with each other.

If I have understand you correct, that you have sold all your horses, so you now have none horses?
If so, I'll suggest that you try again after this strategy:
    1. Buy 2 new horses level 0... train them both up to the same level between level 12 and 14..and breed them. - that will give you a new foal with the same level it's parents have, and that foal is cheap to train up to around level 18-20.
    2. Now doing step 1 again: buy 2 new horses level 0, and so on...
    3. Now you have 2 horses with a level between 18 and 20... cross your fingers and breed these horses with eachother... and if you are lucky... you get a horse with breeding value 1.
    - if you was unlucky... keep this newborn horse you now have and train it up to around between level 25-30 (until you feel it's not worth to train more on that horse) , and continue on this way until you have 2 horses with a level between 25-30 and breed them with each other when you cross your fingers for get a breeding value 1 horse this time..
Contunie with this strategy until you get your breeding value 1 horse. :)
    - good luck and happy farming. :)

Edit PS. I forget to mention:
If you not have horseshoes enough to train the maximum in the blue area, you still can use my strategy by training in small steps, you just have to remember (eventually take a note) how much it worth to train the same horse.

all that level of horses you have breed the 10, 20. soon so forth what leveles do you get breeding effects 1 breeding effect, 2 breeding breeding effect, 3 breeding effect so on and on or where can a person find this information

As far I can tell, the breeding effects appear by chance . To get the 1st effect, just keep breeding . To get effect 2 , you need to breed two horses with effect 1 , and eventually you will get a horse with effect 2 , for effect 3  you must breed two horses with effect 2  , and so on . It takes a while  .
