Market VS stable horses. Keep in min when buying Market horses. Your trait's chart: Traits= Training Effects
BV10 1 trait
BV20 2 traits
BV35 3 traits
BV50 4 traits
BV70 5 traits
BV90 6 traits.
When you buy say example a Q2BV35 with 3 traits like +5 strength,+11 jump power and +3 Endurance , That a good deal, if you buy that Q2BV35 with only 2 traits your losing a trait you'll need to build a strong horse.
When training stable horses, keep this chart in mind to earn enough traits per BV level. Exception to this rule is when making a specialty horse and you don't mind losing a trait=effect.

Q=Quality, indicates how valuable the respective horse is. Q1 is Common ,Q2 is Uncommon, Q3 is Rare. Q4 is Exceptional, Q5 is Incredible, and Q6 is Legendary. BV=Breeder Value, Average of your training star levels .You'll see that under the heart G=Gen=Generation, This indicates the generation of your horse, You need to keep records to know what Gen your horses is, remember breed 1st Gen horse to 1st Gen horse and so on. So now when someone says they have a Q4G6BV92 that horse is quality 4, 6th generation , Breeder Value 92 horse. Once you get the basics it will be easier to understand in chat. Oh yes let's not forget when you see this 60->72, that horse was trained from a BV60 to BV72 average is 12 -15 levels between breeding.

Weighted competition values can be calculated as follows. These formulas represent the ? mark=effects on horses of competition and are values you need to specialize on a certain disapline. (Having a all around horse is best to start with)
For Racing: (EnduranceX3)+(StrengthX2)+(AgilityX1)
For Show Jumping: (StrengthX3)+(AgilityX2)+(EnduranceX1)
For Dressage: (AgilityX3)+(EnduranceX2)+(StrengthX1)
