I seem to be running out of dung to keep up with my farm orchards . Is there a thread or spread sheet that gives the best buildings/ stables to dung ratio ? Has anyone a tip to make more .
Thanks for any help

I personally find chicken coops are really helpful with this. You get more dung with pigs, but you get smaller quantities much faster with chicken coops. :)

Click on the I of Information in the info-ring of your buildings/fields/orchards/whatever. Then click on the 2 info-tabs and read everything there carefully. It will give you all info you want/need, also about dung!

Per ratio chickencoops give you the most dung, if you can run them every 13 minutes. If you can't play that much hours a day, then you'd better go for the pigsties and cowsheds.

Furthermore: the silo on my gourmet farm runs 24/7, because he is far more cheaper and uses far less dung than the silo on my main farm. I use the silo on my main farm only to support the GS silo once in a while (coop-project or event).
A lot of players overlook this fact. If I would run the silo on my main farm constantly I would soonest run out of dung!
Notice: with the composters it is exactly the other way round!

    Happy farming! :)

Something that could help you a lot, is the water tower. If you have some gold, invest in one. Without a water tower, 4 cowsheds, 3 pigsties & 4 chicken coops can hardly maintain 4-5 apple orchards & 1 cherry orchard (not taking dung from the new GF because now it can really support fertilizer production).

Great advise too! I have never invested gold in a watertower so I would not know. I only use very little gold.

My 4 pigsties, 4 cowsheds, 3 chickencoops, 4 apple orchards and 2 cherry orchards, mixing plant, 2 almond orchards and 2 peach orchards (all level 6/7) run easely on the one GF silo!

Starting production once a day with no WT:
    2 Cherry's 60 fert, 4 apples 40 fert, 2 peaches 60 vert and 2 almonds 20 fert, total 180 fert.
Silo (max lvl) produces 210 fert/day.
If someone is just a litlle more active the GF silo can't keep up.

Furthermore: With equal happyness the silo on the MF is in fact cheaper.

Water Towers are a must, I have upgraded it to the point on my main farm i need only 7 fertilizer for my orchards, it has enable me to get my fertilizer to 2100 and i have 13 orchards total on the main and gourmet farm.
