    Nice piece of working out Noddy, but unfortunately I am not a new player (over two and a half years) and I also used the same email address that I use for my real farm.  
  • Hey folk, I submitted a support ticket, but I don't get any answer, so maybe you guys know something about it. Problem is that, for example I get an email with a 1k gold gift, then I push the button to take it, then I get screen with something like "your account was credited (or gifted, don't remember) and then it will redirect me to the game, where I have the same currency like before. Any ideas?

    Could it be that the email is in fact meant for your account on the test server (provided you have one of course)?
    There have been some emails sent automatically recently, which are in fact meant for the accounts on the test server, currently down...
    It can be confusing as we were expressly encouraged to log onto the test server with the same logins as on the live servers (thus those emails would be delivered to the same inbox, but with no identification about the intended account i.e. live or test)

    So how to know for what server is that? Because i dont registered to test server and when i clicked it redirected me to my LT1 server, not to test server.

    At the bottom of the email it is denoted, yes because the test servers is currently offline, that is why you got redirected to your live server which is LT1.

    AGAIN why do I never get any of these emails. Why do some players get these while others don't??? I would just love to get the money thing off of my screen forget the intro offer ok  just help me get the money thing off.

    Maybe, you have provided a wrong email or your subscriptions is turned off (in GGS's backend).
    You will have to contact support team they can only solve this issue.

  • @farmerjohn 22 (US1) Thanks for the info posted to the coop. But.....as usual I didn't get this email or the last one that was sent out. I must be on the "Do Not Email (Call)" list.

    I have a member who got them email tried to use it and it said that it had already been used/applied. Not sure how that can be if they just got the email and was trying to redeem it. Buggie...........

    @enochnock (US1) I've also had the same thing pop up when I went to redeem, enochnock. It said "OOPS! this voucher has already been redeemed".  But when I checked, I found that I actually did receive what the voucher gave me. Hope that's the case with your member as well. :)
  • @farmerjohn Will ask them to recheck them later tonight to see if it shows up, I do think (I may be wrong though) it takes a little time for things to show or they just reappear later. Had hoped that I could get those and the other goodies to.............. me feels left out :(

    Had to look for e mail , redeemed it, stiff wasn't in tackle box, popped over to test + there it is lol

    I received the email, went to redeem the voucher & was given a message that the gifts were in my inventory.  Went to check and no luck.  There are NO gifts in my inventory.  I checked both my usual server & the test server.  Not in either one.

    Guess I was lucky enough to get the email but not the gifts.  Shouldn't the gifts be given to our normal farms as we have just started fishing there & not the test server which has had the fishing for some time now?

    Am confused.  Can anyone shed some light on this?

    @Ozzie (AU1)  Are you sure you're looking in the right place? You have to click on Oleg and then the Tackle box at the 9 'o click position on the Wheel menu to check your fishing equipment inventory.

    I got email and reward for my test server farm but not my live server farms both AU and US server have not received email

    Yes Farmerjohn, I looked in the tackle box on both servers & found nothing.  I still don't understand why these gifts are going to our test farms & not our normal farms.  Fishing has just started on normal servers so I thought it would be helpful if the gifts went there to help us to get started.  It's a bit silly going to the test server farms as most people have given up playing on the test server.

    @farmerjohn 22 (US1)  Why have we not receive these for live farms, but only on test farm.  I have 3 accounts using same email address so should have received 3 emails 1 for each farm.  But only received for test server and it is the one we don't want it on.  I guess this means I will close my test server account if I am going to miss out on gifts for my live farms.  I am def checking in correct place.  Waste of time contacting support they will only take 4 weeks to fix

    @KarenKay (US1)  Random my BUTT, EVERYONE in my co op that did not have test server got it on their live farms and if they have test only got it for their test farms ( using same email address) and not on their live farms.  Incentive not to have test server farm

    @Byron Longford (AU1)  Then you and your coop are very lucky  :)  None of the members of my coop received it on their Main Farms, and so far, I'm the only one to receive it in my test server coop.  When I accepted it, I didn't receive it, though it said I did, and had to do a support ticket.  That's when I learned it was only for the test farm.

    I am experiencing the same. I wonder why the e-mails are credited only to the tests server... I want it for my main farm not the test one. Can this be fixed?Ozzie (AU1) said:

    Try reloading... Somehow I'm having really funny things going on in the tackle box, not showing all the items I have and some times even showing negative numbers! Clearing cache and such fixed the issue but somehow some other items keep disappearing.
  • I have contacted support but we will not hold our breathe waiting for response
