I have played this game for over a year and never recieved any emails at random or otherwise I'm really re-considering this game along with other reasons like the island and so forth.

    Have you ticked the box saying GGS are not to send you e-mails?

    I got the email too but cannot receive the gifts for some reason. I guess it's because of maintenance on the server going on now.

    Kris847, Try shutting down your pc/laptop completely and restart - then all gifts should appear in your game menus and the mysterious boxes in your dropbox! ^^

    Just claimed gifts from email but did not get everything.
    Received violet seeds and mystery box but NO horseshoes :(

    When I claimed my gifts, I didn't find anything of it back in the game. I shut down the pc and restarted - and things were solved. All my gifts were there ...

    Maybe you should try to restart? ^^

    As the text in the email says: "you are randomly selected"

    So, you never know when this will come your way. Trust me, the first whole year I played this game, I never ever received an email. Nowadays I am sometimes randomly selected, sometimes not. ^^

    i have games on UK, Us1, and www1, did not get horseshoes on any of them.


    it is competition horseshoes. I thought it was regular horseshoes, so guess I got them

    All the members of my co-op received an email this morning with gift items for this farm. I have not received the email. Checked my email address in Forum settings and it is correct. What gives?

    Hello shazamd,


    Please make sure you check you spam folder and all your other folders as well. If you are using a gmail account, it will be in a different folder than your regular email.

    They are not sent to everyone, its done on a raffle system. Some people seem to always get them & others always seem to miss out, its just the luck of the draw.

    I am receiving your daily emails with gifts but when I click on them it tells me the page no longer exists. This is me clicking immediately on receipt. You might like to check these and re-send them?

    Hey lynw28,

    it could be that your e-mail provider blocks parts of the link's code and hence forwarding to the game does not work.

    You have to make sure that JavaScript is not blocked in any way, neither by your e-mail provider, nor by your browser.
    To make sure it's not a redirect issue, you can right click the button and copy/paste the URL to your browser.

    Yep, tried that. They worked just fine yesterday, it's today's that don't work.

    I can't recieve any email from the rewards although of trying for many times. Why?
  • @chopper7 (INT1)  You would need to contact support for that, no one on the forum would know why you are not getting emails. Unless you are talking about the ones that GGS send out sometimes with gifts (usually when a new event is added to the game), because those ones are random & do not go to everyone, its just luck whether or not you get those ones.
  • I'm new on here...   and I'm getting emailed daily from Goodgame Big Farm with "rewards" to help me along. Things like gold, rose seeds, decorations, etc. Today the email said I was getting 2 tokens, and that my gift is "available for the next 10 days." When I click the "Collect it now" button in the email, it says: "Oops! Your credit voucher has already been redeemed"  ...yet when it redirects me to my game, there are no tokens, or any of the other prizes that it said I "already redeemed."
    The first day or two's prizes worked (I think), but I'm missing a veggie patch decoration, gold, tokens, and some other things they said they gave me. Is this some glitch, or am I not doing something correctly?

    Check your inventory. At the bottom of your screen click on the green box "inventory" Go to the 4th tab "equipment" & click. You should be able to find them there :)
  • Thank you for replying! I checked the tab and see the token icon I was supposed to have, but it still says there are zero. :\
