What's the best way to understand the relationship between coop and speacial events ?
It's me again
As per title stated, i'm seems lost in these things, i'm sure what works and not.
I'm @ task 4 ( of the fairy tales event ), about to finishes it, so when i comes to task 5 which requires to donate ton of apples. What do i need to make the apple's donation counts for my coop member too ?
Similar, to that is there a way or spreadsheet that shows me which works for coop and not ?
My coop has the "collecting apples' project.
Thank you in advance.
Regards.

Co'op project is to collect apples and event task is to donate. So, it's different thing
You can do both if you like to donate to event task.
If you are running an apple project, they will count as you harvest them. Nothing else you need to do. Otherwise, it won't affect the co-op at all. Just donate them and you will be fine.
Projects = coop-related activity to work on together
Researches = coop-related activity to work on together
Event = Individual activity, you work for it yourself at your own farms. There is no relationship with the coop.
That being said: what lots of coops do, is to combine an event with a coop-project, that has a similar product task in it. So, whilst playing the event individually, all members involved will also be able to fullfill a project in the meantime!
You do not need to do anything else than harvest your apples (and these amounts will count for the project), and then donate these same apples to the event.
Because for a project all you harvest, counts for the project, but you keep the products for yourself!
What me and my coop members do: we discuss on the evening before an event starts, what project best to choose to run at the same time. And we start that project 1 day later than the event.
How about a task that requires to harvest corns, flowers, or collecting brumbs ?
Does any thing that you harvest count toward your coop member ( provided that you guys are on the same task ) ?
Or It's strictly as you said event = individual's works.
Anything you harvest during a project counts (only the numbers!) for the project (NOT for another coop-member!); but you keep your own products you harvested on your own farms for yourself. Your coop-member does, too! He/she also keeps all produce for him/herself!
When clicking on the green arrow the little project-tab at the bottom right of your screen (when a project is running), you will see the numbers added up (nót the produce!).
An event requires a lot of harvesting, too - so why not combine it with a project? As long as everybody is harvesting during a running project (and it is the required product(s)) , the numbers will count for the project.
