Level 37, Ice Cream Truck: 29 happiness, 5x4, 140k
Level 47, Lake: 38 happiness, 5x5, 250k
Level 53, Flowering Bushes: 33 happiness, 5x4, 350K

I get that deco gets more expensive at the higher level requirements, but happiness gained is typically more, except in this case. Why? 5 less happiness for 100k more. No thanks.

But it is a smaller, only 5 x 4, when lake is 5x5. So it takes less space.

I agree with Dara - don't forget to take Happiness per square into account.

Flowering Bush 1.65 Happy per square
Lake 1.52 Happy per square

I'd rather have the space and am willing to pay for that, but that is a straegy decision you have to make for yourself
