    Redcurrants :)
Their flavor is a little tart but they're still sweet enough to be eaten raw, so long as they're sprinkled with plenty of sugar.
Fat free, cholesterol free, low in calories. Great source of vitamin C and antioxidants.
Commonly used for jams, jellies and even wines. They also make great pies and sauces, especially when combined with other fruits.

Green Tea :)Green tea is made from the leaves from Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing.Green tea originated in China, but it has become associated with many cultures throughout Asia. Wikipedia

Attachment not found. Many claims have been made for the beneficial health effects of green tea consumption, but they have generally not been borne out by scientific investigation; excessive consumption is associated with some harmful health effects.(huh?!how has it not been proven scientifically and how is it harmful?!)

    Elbow Macaroni
Elbow macaroni is more common in the US and Canada, while British macaroni tends to be straight.

Macaroni is a variety of dry pasta, originating from Italy, made with durum wheat. Macaroni usually does not contain eggs and is normally cut in short, hollow shapes. It may be straight or curved, in which case it is frequently called elbow macaroni. WikipediaAttachment not found.

    Apple Juice :p
According to the University of Illinois website, unpeeled apples are considerably more nutritious than peeled apples. Nearly half of the 8 milligrams of vitamin C is contained in part of the apple skin, along with practically all of the 4 grams of dietary fiber.
Of the hundreds of varieties of apples available on the market, Red Delicious, Honey Crisp, Gala, Fuji and Rome apples are commonly chosen for juicing because of their rich, tart flavors.

Eggplant(brinjal) eggplant is low in calories and has a high water and fiber content, making it a great choice for people who are trying to lose weight or prevent or manage heart disease or type 2 diabetes.
