Gourmet farm strategy

I am curious about what strategic combination players have been shaping towards with the gourmet farm.

For me, on my main server, it has been:

5 gardens
4 goat sheds
3 duck coops
2 donkey sheds
3 almond orchards
2 peach orchards

I'm thinking of possibly removing a garden and building 2 more duck coops but it partly depends on any future projects which may involve harvesting from the garden and other things.

What are your strategies?

    I have 4 gardens
2 goat sheds (going to be 3)
    2 duck coops ( 3 or 4 )
    1 donkey shed (no more)
    1 almond orchad ( 2-3)
Peaches i don't have yet, going to be 2
And no bakery for now, maybe some day...
That's all i'm going to do with it. It gives me dung, some money and helps in co'op projects
All i'm gonna full upgrade and tha'ts it ;)
I am soon in level 40, and i'm going to buy my flower farm, so i need more most dollars in there
