Yessss, people. Time for another spreadsheet. Anybody else had this idea yet? Feel free to add your links to this thread if you already set something up. If not, please help find the data to complete this spreadsheet.

What spreadsheet? A spreadsheet for the farm machines! We need to know:
  • Time it takes to upgrade
  • Amount of tools, certificates and dollars needed
  • What does this level of the machine do?
You can find the starting model of the spreadsheet here:
http://bigfarmtips.wordpress.com/2013/08/20/spreadsheet-spoilers-and-helpful-information/
(first link that says farm machines)

The first machine has been filled in already, but we need help from especially the very active players that have already moved on to fill in the rest of the info!

Thanks in advance~

Edit: Spreadsheet has been completed thanks to info from the Portuguese forums! Thanks, Lanwis, for all your work and information!

Hey Larino, spreadsheet is what the info in the garage menu promises, but Logging in this morning - fresh and nw, even on another computer, with no new buildings, a happy dog and upgraded fence, my cost had risen from -77 to -73, and my happiness sunken from over 230 to 170 (approximately).

This means CONSTANT ONGOING LOSS with everything I produce, and that useless tractor sits there with my money and certificates and tools, impossibly to get tools, and does the opposite of what it should. I checked after every level I upgraded it to, it was a 1% difference at the most - but this morning it's back to ZERO while the tractor claims to be lv 3.

What change in the "reduction of cost" have you seen according to the tractor's change in "happiness"?

Depends on what your happiness already is. With -85% running costs 5 extra happiness points does... well... nothing really. Upgrading the tractor to max level is like placing an extra 42 happiness deco on your farm. Not really worth it for high level players with nice happiness values, but still, happiness is happiness imo :) And every little bit helps. See the happiness graph to see how much your running costs will rise when upgrading the tractor:

    Thanks for info )

"10 extra employees/workers" - is it the final upgrade bonus for 4 level?

If that's what the spreadsheet says, yes XD (No really it is. Somebody on the German server rushed through all the tractors, so he could only see the benefits of the highest levels - he did not write down the rest >.>)

Question regarding the Earth Breaker plow... its say in its description that with this plow you will be much more productive.. Does that mean it helps to raise production on our farms? I am not seeing a difference in production, and I was wondering about that description. Anyone know??

Per Larino's worksheet - the Earth Breaker gives you more certificates.

Thank you George. I understand that, was just wondering if the plow also in some way increases the production on our farm.

I thought it whould raise the production on the farms, before I get that machine. (I haven't seen Larino's worksheet then), and I'll mean that was and logical conclusion to take after the desciption.
So I think the description is a little misleading

As Brianno also said, the description is misleading. The first version of the sheet even had production included until we found out that was wrong and quickly took it out. The Earth Breaker ONLY provides extra certificates in missions :(

Thank you so much guys. I agree it is a bit misleading, but will pass on this info to my teammates, we just wanted to be sure about it.

Thank you for the spreadsheet. I'm forwarding it to my cooperative now too.

The names of the last two machines seem mixed up to me...

Multifarmer means you get more Rep Points and Crop Chopper means more workers for the main farm? I suppose logically I would've thought Multifarmer would've resulted in more workers. Oh well!!

In the other posts I have read about this problem, clearing your browser and flash cache, then refreshing the farm, seems to help.

I agree with that, Daytona. And I like the 2nd (Extra certs) to get the 1st and 4th sooner ^^

I can see larino has already started to update the spreadsheet for today's update

So this is just a bump to bring it to the notice of someone very active who may already have some more of the numbers
