Money Strangeness

I thought I'd post this in case someone else has had the same experience, or if anyone has an explanation. Yesterday I decided to take advantage of a prime offer that gave farm dollars and XP points when I purchased a certain amount of gold. When I had paid for my gold, I was surprised to find that I suddenly had over $13,000,000 in farm dollars, which was about $4 million more than I had expected. But I'm not one to complain about a gift from the fates, so I went off to bed to dream about how I would spend all this newfound wealth.

Then this morning, my account was down to just over $9 million. What happened? Did my farm workers squirrel it all away in offshore accounts as I slept? I'd love to think the dog might dig it up and present it to me, but I suspect it's gone for good. Guess I should have spent it all immediately.

I'm not complaining, as I think I probably wound up with the right amount of money in the end, but I'd sure like to know what just happened there. ?(

Since you believe you actually have the right amount in your account this morning, more than likely when they added the reward there was a glitch giving you a display error so logging out and relogging in this morning fixed it. Even if you had tried to spend the extra $4 million last night, you would have received an error saying you don't have enough funds since the money was not actually in your account - it was just displayed that way.
