⚠️ Error - "INVALID ACTION"

Has anyone encountered an INVALID ACTION error code when attempting to purchase decos after having completed a mission? When I purchase decos after having completed the Alien Themed Mission I keep getting the INVALID ACTION error code. Can you only purchse decos while you are in the middle of a mission?

    Which deco are you trying to purchase? It is one of the four in the build menu, right?

    I think you mean Event and not Mission.

    If you are trying to buy extra spheres than you cannot. That they are showing for sale is a bug that will be fixed

    If that is not what you mean try clearing your flash cache while logged out of your farm. Refresh before logging back in. Clearing your browser cache won't hurt either

    Experienced an issue when trying to complete an order for 209 apple pie and 271 pigs;

    I have not experienced this issue with any of the other 10 orders I have completed, I feel it may be specific to the task.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    Reload the page by Ctrl+ F5. It will fix the issue.

    If reloading doesn't fix it, try clearing your bowser and flash cache while logged out of your farm. Refresh before logging back in.

    When I was playing the game, I clicked on the customer to claim my money, then the error code popped up (read title for error code). What do I do to fix it?:confused:

    It looks like these bubbles shouldn't have been appearing in the first place. I'll forward this information on to the Bug Analysis team, and hopefully we can get it sorted soon.

  • I understand that you have been debugging the system and it's appreciated seriously.  However I am still getting error codes.  Normally from changing items I am harvesting or collecting from the silos, the mills, composters or the nursery.  Especially from the nursery for some reason.  It also happens during a mission when you have to click on something you are harvesting five or six times and it tells you warning whatever you are trying to harvest is busy.  You know it's busy your trying to get something from it what you would like is for the sucker to let you get on with the harvest.  So after 5-6 clicks on the items it finally harvest, and to stop it from doing so I constantly reload the game or just close the window and reopen it.  I like the game so I am going through this dance.  One of the reasons I don't do that many missions is because of the error code messages when trying to harvest items.

    Now I have a new code Invalid Action which happened when I clicked on the vendor at the market and he was offering 10 liquid fertilizers for 5400 case I discovered that sometimes when they actually have the reward listed it gives you case as apposed to take away case when the reward is a mystery item.

    In any case the code reads

    The question in all this is is it me or is it you?  The second is how soon, if it is you will it stop happening and if it's me what can I do to make this stupidity stop?  Any help would be helpful.  I've gotten in the habit of making sure my cache is clear before I start the game, there are no other windows open when I am playing except for the forum window or support when I have a problem, and lastly I have used other browsers whenever available,Normally it's Chrome but it has worked in Ubantu as well.

    Two more questions.  Why does the game run smoother when I have it zoomed in as large as possible and lag when it's out of zoom?  Why does the timer freeze when I am upgrading buildings and have to be reloaded?

    I get that error message often too. It has something to do with the walk up neighbors. They're suppose to leave but they don't and that causes the error message to pop up. Hopefully they'll get it fixed in the near future. It is annoying, especially when we already have so many things popping up in our faces.

    Yeah, these error codes are quite annoying. Our team is working on fixing them, but there are a few different reasons they appear so it is not a simple fix. Logging out and back in again usually clears the errors as a short term fix.

  • With regards to the invalid-action error when trying to harvest, my guess is that the clock on the client (running on your computer) is somehow fast.  Thus, it tells you the harvest is ready while the server (at GGS) doesn't think it's ready yet. So when the server receives the command to harvest the not-yet-ready field, it sends back an error code.

    I have no idea why the client clock would be running fast, though.

    Interesting.  My timing is a little off on the that count down thing on the right side of the screen it doesn't coincide with the timer on my harvestable items.  It's normally 3-5 seconds off.  So maybe you have a point.

    Yeah they are VERY annoying especially during missions.  Hopefully your team will get them fixed.  I've done the logging in meaning I've closed the window that the game is in and opened in a new window.  I've also just refreshed it.  Nothing works but hopefully before old age sets in ya'll will get it running right. :)
  • I get these errors during the day at random times and I always get the error when I try to change my profile picture. It usually happens when I try to change my flag pictures too. At least once a day, I get an error when Oleg goes fishing or is fishing for experience. I think they are all the same error but I have attached a picture of what one of the error's say.

  • We can not start any projects or add collectables to apple project. Getting an Invalid Action message all the time. Does anyone know why???

    Is there a project going? If so you will have to wait until it is done before you can start another one. As for the collectibles if one has enough of the item or items required then one should be able to donate them.

    No. There is no project running. We can not start any projects for second day in a row. And we do have enough collectables to fill, the game just doesn't let us fill any.

    1. Try reloading the game.
    2.  If that does not work, try  claring caches and reloading the game .
    3. If that does not work, contact support.

    Do other deputies also have the same problem? Maybe some of them can start the project. 
  • Having the same problem with all projects,I nor my Deputies are able to start any,and my Members cannot contribute,all any of us get is Error Action Invalid code 6,Iget others code 11

  • Obviously a widespread problem,I and my co-op experiencing the same problems,and keep on getting ERROR INACTIVE ACTION. Have reported it,so hopefully powers that be will fix it soon!!
    Also getting the same thing on various subjects more and more often.

  • Quite a widespread problem I believe. Have to wait for technicians to sort it :)
  • I reported it to GGS support because clearing a cache, reloading and trying different deputies to start or donate collectables did not work. The answer I got was disappointing.

    "We are aware of the issue and working on it"

    Hmmmm so now our coop will loose position in ranking because it works for some and doesn't for others.

    Too many bugs in the game lately.

    I do believe that we won the last one. It was an Egg project and we actually never lost eggs.
